Ordered through drive-thru and pulled up to first window to pay the almost 15.00 dollars owed for 2 sandwiches and medium fry. Pulled to the 2 and 'pick up' window. Person working window tries to hand over a small vanilla cone. My husband tells them "I'm sorry, we didn't order that" and repeated our order. You're employee says to him that that isn't what we ordered that we ordered 2 small cones. Handing the cone out again. My husband then asked "so I just played the guy at the first window almost 15. dollars for 2 small cones?" Employees again says that we didn't pay that and these cones are what we ordered and again trying to hand one over. We asked to please double check AGAIN repeating our order and yet again being basically called liars very rudely. Of course then asked to speak to manager who came to speak with us wearing no mask at all and whom also eventually pawed through several bags of food including ours after at first also insisting these 2 small cones were in fact not only what we had just paid almost 15.dollars for but in fact our order. After a few min's deliberation and the manager having to question the employee at the 1st window our order was in fact found. I did tell manager that I felt like herself and the person working the 2nd window were very rude and belittling by implying that we had been lying to them and that it would actually be nice if the would give us the 2 small cones as an apology especially since with this covid they were probably going to have to throw them away since they had already tried handing them to us out the window several times and your manager in a very snotty, rude disrespectful manner replied you can have a good day goodbye. What they need to do is not allowed their breakfast sandwiches to sit under the warmer for long periods of time and then turn around and sell them to customers Because what happens? Let me tell you… The English muffins, get hard as a rock and you end up chipping your teeth on them, or just outright breaking a tooth this way, and they’ll have a lawsuit in a heartbeat !!! You the person that spilt hot coffee on themselves and turned around and sued McDonald’s because the cup didn’t say it was hot, was bad enough??? Let’s see what happens when somebody has an actual legitimate lawsuit because they broke two of their teeth on these hockey puck things they call English muffins… And then, when you waste your gas to go to the office just to have to jump back in your vehicle, and bring the breakfast sandwiches back to the restaurant and the manager gives you a friggin attitude about it, and two other employees felt the breakfast sandwiches and 100% agreed with me that they were absolutely too hard and should not have been served, speaks volumes for their customer service. Read moreHaving worked here in the past I always took pride in fixing errors with orders, and tending to customer feedback. I am appalled at the way this store has since started handling things. There have been multiple times I have gone here and have had things wrong with my food, fries are cold and soggy, sandwich made wrong, one time I got FROZEN griddle cakes, and my bacon hadn’t even touched a grill. There are allot of times that I didn’t even say anything because I KNOW what it’s like to be on the other side of the counter. And I KNOW how easy it is for mistakes to be made, it happens. But the times I have complained I have been respectful and patient. This past Saturday, I went into this location through drive through and the cashier was CLEARLY under the influence of something. Swaying back and forth, could hardly keep her eyes open, etc. when we finally got up to the second window, I went inside and spoke with the manager on duty, calmly. Told her what I saw in drive thru and that was that. My fiancé then proceeded to message the store manager on FB. Her initial response was very nice and said she would take care of it. A little while later she messaged us back saying we were banned from the store for “complaining too much” and if we returned the police will be called. The whole two years I worked there we had REGULARS multiple times a day that could come in and “complain” and not be so nice about it. They were never once banned or threatened with police.
