Dunkin' — Restaurant in Westfall Township

Went in to get a coffee. Walked in, there was no one around. Walked to the end of the counter saying Hello. Was getting ready to leave, the suddenly, a guy and a gal came out from the back, followed by another girl. The were then taking orders for the drive through. The guy finally acknowledged me but tended to the Drive through first. I ordered my coffee, large decaf, 2 shots of pumpkin and cream. He came back to me a few times asking g if I was Ted cream and sugar. I said no, just 2 shots of pumpkin and cream. I paid and waited. He handed me my coffee, and I wanted to put it in my travel mug, the cup he gave me was not hot. I took the lid off and stuck my fi get in the coffee. It was Luke war.. I went back to the counter, the guy asked "What Can I do for you" I said, could I get an actual hot cup of coffee. He said if I was willing to wait for another pot to be brewed. I said I would wait. He proceeded to drain the big pot into little pots, felt the coffee coming out and acknowledged it was just warm. He set up the brewer for the fresh coffee. So the coffee was brewing, but he did not close the spout, so the fresh coffee was draining into the pot with the old coffee. I pointed that out to him. He seemed surprised. I finally got my coffee, 10 minutes later. Shaking my head...

The past 2 times that I have been to this Dunkin have been a disaster. This used to be my FAVORITE and now I dred the thought of going there...i did an on the go order and when pulled up the speaker they asked if we wanted to ask anything and I said yes a bagel twist. Well their computer shut down because the "black cord fell out" when we finally got up to the window 10 mins later because there was a line, none of my order was done whatsoever and this was a 5 person order. When we get to the window one person tells the other what happened then someone else comes over and they tell this person and this goes on for a good 5 mins. I said can I give you my order so you can start doing it while we wait for the computer because I sleeping 4 month old in the car and if we stay stationary to much longer he's going to wake up. Apparently I was talking Chinese...finally a girl name Emily pushed through the circle of workers trying to figure out how they can possibly do this and says what can I get started for you. And one other girl came over with a cup and took my drink order. This was just...

I won't say this is the worst Dunkin' I have ever been to, as I haven't been to all of them and that would be unfair. What I will say is I once mobile ordered an Iced Cappuccino with skim and Brown Sugar Cookie Swirl and the guy put up a large cup of iced milk...

When I insisted it wasn't what I ordered, it took the manager to point out to him the reason that it was completely white was because he had "forgotten the coffee"... It has 3 ingredients. Just 3. You gave me a cup of iced milk... How do you even...

The manager than remade it as a regular iced coffee with skim. Now finding myself 5 minutes late to work after this 15 minute debacle, I decided to cut my losses.

For further context, this place is usually very busy, but I came outside of a peak time, so there were at least 7 employees and the manager to help me in the store and the two cars in the drive thru. I also had to ask for the donut I ordered as that wasn't put up either. That was delicious though, not gonna lie.
