We tried this yesterday ordering through door dash. It looked good. I had one of the chicken bowl which came out really spicy. I did notice there were really a clump of red pepper flakes or seasoning of some sort. They put on the top and you can see in the pictures, however, the pepper pieces are not soft and so it's like eating a whole tablespoon of red pepper seasoning. Even with mixing it up it did not mix very well or soften. As I was eating I unfortunately got a cut inside the top part of my mouth behind my two front teeth because one of the red pepper flakes was a hard peice(highly dangerous sharp) got caught up there when I was attempting to eat my next bite. It bled pretty good and now it's swollen and I cannot eat anything without it hurting so it's a real problem. Other than this, the food was good, but I cannot give good review knowing the food can cause injury pretty bad to anyone eating it. The young lady at the front area was very friendly while I waited for my food after placing my order. After receiving my food, I went outside and sat on the patio. It was okay, but I noticed that some of the food had been stepped on and was stuck on the ground. The outside and inside could have been cleaner. After tasting my food, I discovered that there were some strands of hair in it. This unexpected finding left me feeling disappointed about my lunch. I have only a 15-30 minute break. I approached the manager and addressed the issue with them. They mentioned that there were other incidents that day as well. They offered to prepare my food again, and they followed through with their offer. It seemed hurriedly prepared and hastily put together, possibly causing the sauce to be slightly cold as if it could have been cooked a bit longer. Like facial hair. This is a Kale, chicken Ceasar! No anchovies in the dressing! Tomatoes in the salad.. This is a 8inch wide 5 inch deep bowl that costs $12.50 plus tax..

I believe the positive reviews maybe from workers or paid reviewers. Because no one wants to pay these prices for this small portion.. And incredibly poor description of items..

06/17/24- as you can see from the overall review of this place.. A 3.3 score! A response from Honeyglow an hour ago and no real care about the customer or customer service! It shows that the Manger and the entire corporation has no desire to change.. Just another food place that will be out of business in a year.
