RUN THE OTHER WAY!!! DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! Upon our arrival we entered an ordering stall, the stall was not functioning. We then tried another stall, we press the red button for service and waited 10 minutes to no avail, we questioned our choice of eating here at this point. We parked the car and decided to enter the restaurant. The inside of the restaurant was empty and only one car in the drive thru. We stood at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone attended to us. Every table inside the restaurant was dirty and the establishment smelled like wet mop. I could see employees sitting in the back of the kitchen looking at me and my family through the kitchen equipment. Finally Katelynn approached us with NO GREETING, and immediatley said what can I get you with a delivery of annoyance. We ordered against my better judgment and sat and waited for our food. Jordan placed our food on the table, to which I replied Thank you. He walked away without saying a word or acknowledging us!!!!! I took 2 bites of my burger and it was chewy, I immediately felt nauseated. I opened my burger to find that the cheese was dried up and the burger was tough as if it was sitting there for hours. I approached Katelynn and requested a refund on my burger. I showed her the burger and explained to her how the burger was old and the cheese was dried out, she began to tell me that is how it was supposed to look. She stated that they place the cheese on the burger and it melts to look that way, I shook my head in disbelief of her justification and again requested a refund. To her dismay she rudely requested my receipt and went on to process my refund. I felt ill for the remainder of the night with the sensation of the need to vomit. I return here every few months, I love sonic. However this location has to be one of the worst, with many shortfalls. I would come here more often if it was better. I’m sure others would too. Which returning business would help this location ALOT.
First off, everytime I come here, I am missing food, or napkins, or sauce, or utensils. Even if I order a simple meal it will still most likely be missing something. I will then have to come in and get the rest of it. Even though they JUST saw me in the drive thru , they question me about my order. I don’t know if the employees are just high or what but this is probably the worst issue. I can’t get napkins even without having to stop an employee from what they are doing. Why not just have the napkins at a table?? Come on.
After spending a lot of time in the drive thru, then coming in to get the rest of my meal, the food is typically stale. Today I got a foot long coney, and the bun was almost too hard to bite into…. Im guess yall are struggling to keep this place open, and don’t want to throw out buns maybe, but hard, stiff, stale buns aren’t going to help get more people here.
As I sat here writing this, I watched someone get mad for waiting for “ 30 mins “ on their order, so they left to go get food elsewhere while they are on their lunch break. About 10 minutes later a girl works out with their food confused where they went. This place isn’t even busy…. I personally think this location needs to get some higher quality employees, pay the little extra in money to get someone in here to clean and organize this place and work flow.

Read more*Please read through recent reviews before stopping here. I would have avoided this place had I read through them all prior to coming in. I was super excited to see this location while we were in the area for an event. Ours down in Waldorf is disappointing and as a result we hardly ever go. This location wasn't much better. First, the stalls are closed. But you only know after waiting at one to be told. It would be just as easy to run something over the entrances to avoid this in the future. As I'm looking through other reviews I can see this has been a long-term issue that has yet to be resolved. So it appears the owner and/or management clearly does not care about actual feedback and is only concerned with outward appearances, which leads me to wonder about the cleanliness of the establishment. Something I wish I'd checked into before pulling in. Second, the person taking the orders is somewhat unprofessional. Interrupting to ask "Uh wait, what size did you say?" It seemed as though his attention was on something else while taking or order. He then called my husband "man" a few times at the window. On to the food. The tots weren't fresh, mozzarella sticks were dry and also not fresh, and the cheddar peppers didn't taste good. Now for the good stuff.
