My wife and I always wait for new restaurants for a while so they can work out the kinks before they settle in to a comfortable routine. We tried it for a late lunch today. Service was pretty good but the food came out way too fast. I like that the server orders your food on a tablet, it goes to the kitchen, and someone else brings it out. Don’t plan on making any changes to your order, though. 45 seconds after placing our order I wanted to swap the fries for Mac and Cheese, but was told I couldn’t change the order. It was 45 seconds.
The Bloomin’ Onion was slightly undercooked with the onion being a little crunchy and the breading was raw near the bottom. My wife’s salad was room temperature, but she said it was ok. Our entrees came out before we had half of our appetizer done. They need to slow down a little bit or maybe not prepare food ahead of time.
We ordered our steaks medium rare but they came out medium - no big deal there. They were still tasty, but they had a lot of pepper - almost too much. Her sweet potato was cooked well and hot, but my Aussie Fries were not. They were definitely cooked well in advance. The carrots in my mixed veggies were near raw, but the squash was cooked nicely. The couple on one side of said the same thing about their carrots, and the gentleman on the other side of us said the same thing. I don’t know how they cut their carrots, but it should probably change. They were all different sizes which is why they didn’t cook the same as the squash. I told our server, Josh, about the carrots and he said, “I’m sorry about that.” and made no offer to fix it. I wasn’t looking for a free meal, but at least do or say something to make it right.
We tried the carrot cake for dessert and half of it was good. It got real dry near the edge. The icing was good, though.
Overall, we were full when we left, so I’m giving them 3 stars. We won’t return to this location and will frequent Lone Star Steak House...

My sister and I decided to treat ourselves and check out the new Outback Steakhouse that recently opened.
The service was probably the best part of our visit, our waitress attentive and prompt.
Food, was very meh... we ordered a Blooming Onion and drinks to start. The batter the onion was fried in was overly spicy and tasted burnt. The drinks were okay, although my sister's drink smelled and tasted like it was three quarters vodka and nothing else.
We then each ordered a filet mignon, which came out of the kitchen surprising fast but were also surprisingly cold upon arriving at the table. These expensive steaks, looked more like a piece of grilled chicken on the outside than they looked like actual steaks. Cutting into them, they cooked to a medium rare but had a thick grey band around the edges of the meat, indicating to me (as someone who knows their way around cooking steak) that these steaks were either: a) left to sit out at room temperature so long that the meat oxidized and turned grey, b) the cooking temperature was not high enough to get a good sear and prevent the greying of the meat, or c) these steaks were sent back and set aside to be reserved to another table.
Still we ate our steaks, which were tender but COMPLETELY FLAVORLESS. No salt, no pepper, no garlic, no seasoning of any kind had been put on these pieces of meat. Overall, I was very disappointed in the food. One would think a steakhouse would know how to treat a steam, especially when compared to its menu price.
In the end, we cut our losses, paid our bill, and went home. Probably won't be going back here or recommending this place to...
Read moreWe came in for maybe our 4th visit to this establishment, on Christmas eve around dinner time, and were seated right away. Our server Nicholai was very friendly and great at his job. He suggested some seasonal items and when we ordered he was very patient and verified if we wanted xyz included, which I found to be very considerate. The bloomin onion was a higher quality than it had been on previous visits, and I was pleased with how quickly it came out. The single downside to this visit was that the chili tasted fattier than it normally does, but I did not mention it because it was minor and didn't matter too much. Nicholai refilled our bloomin onion sauce without us needing to ask, which was attentive. We ordered steaks and a kids burger. My steak, ordered medium, came out a little red for me, so I asked if it could be cooked a little longer, and they promptly fixed the problem, and it was perfect after another minute or two of cooking time. He even took the steak only, so that I could continue to enjoy my sides while I waited for it to finish. I value this outback's ability to resolve an issue brought to their attention quickly and politely. As we were eating and I'm taking silly photos of my family, another waitress offered to take our photo for us, which I declined, but felt it was very kind of her to offer. Nicholai offered us desserts which we accepted, to go. We felt he deserved a nice tip for working Christmas eve, and for having such a great attitude and respect for our family. As we left, we remarked to ourselves how lovely the dinner had been, and I felt compelled to leave a nice...
