Smoothie King — Restaurant in Westminster

If I could give a zero I would. I ordered a smoothie bowl and it was delivered through Door Dash. I was handed my order that was not in a bag and the lid was not secured. When I was handed it the lid came off and it hit the floor going everywhere. I contacted Door dash and ask for a new want to be brought to me. I didn’t wanna refund I just wanted a new one and I asked them since when did food get delivered without a bag. I was which this one was nothing but liquid and not in a bag again the door dasher grab my spoon off of his front seat and I had to go outside and get it. He did knock it out of his car. I contacted DoorDash again and to which I was told there was nothing they could do about it before I could say anything else DoorDash entered the chat. So now I’m stuck with a $14 smoothie bowl of pure liquid. And Smoothie King told me there was nothing they could do so just beware if you order anything that gets delivered from them it will not come in a sealed bag and if anything wrong with it they’re not going to fix it. Great smoothies for a decent price considering what you get in it nutrient wise. It’s a shame that it’s ruined with rude staff members that seem extremely annoyed that you even dared approach their drive thru. Not only that, but half the time they do not greet you when you go to pay, they just take your card without a word and hand you smoothies just before shutting the window without giving you a chance to say anything. In addition, it seems it’s a 9pm closing time for all Smoothie King locations near me… this one is the only one that I can’t go to at 845pm right after the gym which is right next door because they already have their drive thru saying it’s closed. So this is probably at least some portion my fault, but man this menu is ridiculously confusing. What I really wanted was a strawberry banana Julius. After scouring the menu for several minutes I found what I thought was a plain strawberry and banana smoothie. What I got apparently also had several kinds of protein powder and other stuff as well because it just tastes like vanilla protein powder and an artificial sweetener. Long story short if you’re a fitness nut this place might be for you. If you just want a quick smoothie on a hot day definitely not the place.
