Wendy's — Restaurant in Westmont

I used to go to this Wendy’s all the time because it was one of my favorites, they never got my order wrong and always showed me respect…well I pull into the drive thru today and I get a large baconator combo but I forgot to tell them no mayo. Yes I understand it was my fault for not saying it and I understand the little bit of inconvenience that comes with me asking at the window but what am I supposed to do? So I asked this tall blonde dude who was for some reason wearing shades indoors if I can get no mayo and he proceeds to at like a 12 year old talking about, “well it’s already made”. It’s already made but I didn’t pay for it so I could’ve just left and made it all for nothing but I decided to have a little patience and just stared at him in a way that showed how he was acting and after that he remade my burger. Then ig he decided to throw a mountain of ketchup on it I guess cause he doesn’t like me or something. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! If I could give zero stars I would!! I ordered my food through the drive thru, paid and left. After I left I realized they never gave me my card back. I called to ask if I left my card there and it rang for 20 mins straight. I called again and finally some kid answered, saying “Thank you for calling Blockbuster” while I hear laughter in the background and then hung up on me. So I decided to call back again. They answered again and said “Thank you for calling Papa John” and then again hung up! I then call back for a third time and then there phone was disconnected!! I’m calling to ask one simple question, and not only can I not get a response but now I’m being played with! I immediately made a call to corporate to complain. Hopefully some actions are taken because the way these kids handled my call is completely...

I used to come to this location all the time. Haven’t been in awhile. First, it took forever to get waited on even though my son and I were the only ones waiting. The woman who waited on us was not friendly at all and not seemingly someone who should be involved in customer service at all. We went for breakfast. She put the hot potatoes on the tray while waiting for everything else to be cooked so when we got our food they were already cold. My breakfast burrito was nothing special. My son had egg shell in his sandwich. I don’t think I’ll be back here. As I published this review an unhappy customer came in and was ignored.
