WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever! Ordered a sandwich through drive thru and asked for bagel well done ...

Woman acknowledged well done and said yes, yes ....drive up...

Guess what!? Got bagel sandwich and it wasn't even lightly toasted... Had to go back and tell her it wasn't even lightly toasted never mind well done and asked if she could cook another bagel well done.

Her response was, I cooked it well as well as could.

I'm thinking that means she couldn't toast it anymore!?!

She said I'll have to cook it twice then.

Okay, Whatever it takes, I want it well done.

She brought the same handled and handled sandwich back to me and tossed it in my car saying this is what u get.

Asked if it was new sandwich and she lied to me and said yes. Apparently NOT because the cheese was burnt to a crisp on it and when originally received it wasn't even melted!

Then asked for a phone number and manager name and the young kid at the drive thru with attitude hands me a scribbled phone number and I said there's no name on here and he says just call and ask for a manager "u ain't need no name"...

Really?!! Wow! Will never return!!

If you hate your job, get a new one!

WORST CUSTOMER...

One word- horrible. Manager Monica is a complete joke of a manager. They made a coffee wrong last night. I did my due diligence and called them ahead and was told to come in and they would remake it. When I arrived the manager harassed me for a receipt or the coffee itself. I said ma'am I threw it out and your employee didn't tell me to bring any of that, otherwise I would have. I drove out here and you're going to pull this on me over a 3 dollar coffee are you serious? When asking for a district manager contact info she gave it to me all cocky and confident like she's resistant from any possible action that her management may take on her for behaving like this. Anyhow, don't go to this location it is a joke and the chaos in there is...

Me and two of my acquaintances stepped into this establishment on a cloudy Thursday afternoon. We were greeted by a smiling face, a beautiful brown haired woman who we learned was named Mary. She was attentive and inventive and helped us with all of our needs in getting our drinks. She made us feel at home and welcome. It really felt like we were in a friend house. I would come again tenfold. My friend has a severe allergy to peanuts as soon as we stepped in the establishment Mary asked do you have any allergies in your party. This could’ve stopped a major reaction that would’ve required a 911 emergency. She was very caring, loving, and kind. Thank you, Mary for the most hospitable experience. I’ve had...
