Marylou's Coffee — Restaurant in Westwood

Came here 30 minutes before close (yes I hate being that customer but I drove really far as Marylous is not in my area). A shorter blonde haired partner took my order. The drinks I ordered was 2 iced mochanillanuts (which comes with French vanilla & hazelnut). As I watched her making the drinks, she used cinnamon hazelnut even though regular hazelnut was in stock. When she handed them over I asked if they ran out of hazelnut (already knowing the answer) and she said they didn’t run out and realized I noticed her using a different flavor. I asked if they could be remade saying sorry multiple times even though it wasn’t my fault. She got upset and shut the store lights off and closed the register even though they were open for 30 more minutes. She slid the drinks at me and walked away without saying a word.

The attitude was not worth the trip. I should have gone to another location. Drinks weren’t made right on top of it. If you are out of a product be honest with the customer as I wouldn’t have ordered the drink, but since all ingredients were in stock, why purposely make it wrong? Hope management holds partners to a higher standard but if this partner was management then YIKES. So I have given a good review about marylous before, I take it all back . One of the last times I went here I spent 20+ minutes in the drive thru. I ended up leaving the line going through dunkin drive thru while the same car was still sitting at their window . The last time I went into the location and was very saddened to see that the coffee is not made fresh . Its kept I these pump canisters for who knows how long and the 2 coffees I recieved where cold and old tasting. If your serving quick coffee like that why should it take more than 5 minutes in a drive thru. It's not fresh and the girls are rude and not responsible at all. They stand around ignoring the customer chatting...

Finally got to try Marylou's. I was down here for work for a couple of days and realized it was only 6 minutes away!!!

The coffee is so good!! I got the a large mint chocolate chip coffee. I thought they did syrups from all the pictures I saw on the Google reviews but no, they also freshly group the coffee with the flavor! So much better then syrups.

I also got a bag of the witch's brew. The girl behind the counter was so nice she allowed me to try a sample of it.

The only thing I didn't like was the location. On such a busy area you really need to be careful pulling out, but other then that I'll be back next time I'm...
