Saroki's Crispy Chicken & Pizza — Restaurant in White Lake Charter Township

I drive by the Waterford store every day, Every Saturday I stop and get a 4 piece fried chicken combo for my wife and some tenders for myself. I live in White Lake so you can imagine my excitement to have a Sarokis a mile away. Very disappointed when I ordered my usual and was told they did not have a 4 piece fried chicken combo, only a 3 piece, but you could get a 4th piece for another 3 dollars. Portions are definitely less then the Waterford store. It is a little bit more of a drive but will go to the Waterford store before going to White Lake again. People cut in line while others are waiting to order....

Lousy service. I asked for two middle pieces of Italian stromboli and they said they only had one. I asked if they could make more which they have done before. They said no. They offered calzone instead. I hesitatingly said yes. They said 20 mins. When I got there, it was still not ready. They hadn't finished making the calzone! They won't make the stromboli but no problem making the calzone at twice the price!!! Shouldn't I have been told that when it was offered as a substitution? Sauce for it was also extra which they offered but said no more. What a slimy way to do...

Joe and his staff at the White Lake location are top notch! To say Joe went the extra mile for my daughter's grad party is an understatement! Above and beyond is more like it! Our order was substantial (chicken, bread, salads, slaw) and everything arrived accurately including a plethora of sauces. Delivery was on time and with a smile. All of our guests continued to inquire as to where we got our food from. We are always happen to refer our friends and family to establishments with amazing food and great service.
