Arby's — Restaurant in Whitehall

I barely do this but this was a terrible experience! I got a beef and cheddar meal, my daughter got the chicken sandwich and my son got the turkey slider. 3 meals I paid about 30 dollars which the way things are rigjt now I wasn't surprised. However...paid 30 dollars for 3 meals, waiting 35 mins in the drivethru with 2 kids in the car 😬. Finally got out food the workers were nice enuf, take the food and leave. Now my kids are the kind that won't wait to get home to eat so I give my son his mean and my 14 year old daughter gets hers. She bites into the chicken sandwich, spits it out and says nope not eating it. Now me, the mom of the over dramatic 14 year old girl is thinking she's being just that, over dramatic. So I bite into it!!!! Worst mistake ever!!!!!!!!!! It was hard, like hard as a rock. It looked mostly normal but when u try to eat it, it was like biting into a rock. It was absolutely disgusting! I turn around return all of the food and Got money back. Again no one argued they all understood and were nice enuf but i write this to warn others to watch what u get from here, it was just so awful someone is going to get...

My wife and I came to this location a few weeks ago and went through the drive through. When we got home we realized our order was wrong and not only that but the roast beef on my sandwich wasn't good. The edges were hard like it had been sitting somewhere drying out. My wife called and they asked for her name and said the next time we came there to dine that they would fix it. My wife and I went back about three weeks later and spoke to the woman at the counter. She told her what the one manager said. She told the woman her name and said there should be a note in the office with my wife's name and what we had ordered. This night time manager wasn't just nasty and rude but she claimed there was no note. She said there was nothing she could do about it. She was highly unprofessional and I won't be back to this location. I will drive the extra 5 miles to a different one just to never have to deal with that horrid woman again. Learn how to be a manager or get out of the customer...

Very racist location. Im a Black guy who walk in Arbys for lunch. I wasnt ready to oder so i observed the menu.The cashier was quiet then i heard she says . "Welcome to Arbys" to a Caucasion gentleman that came in 4 mins after me. Immediately i realize she didnt say that to me 4 mins earlier when I came in. I order my lunch. She ask me my name for the order. I went to pour my drink. The guy handing out the food was calling out the names of customers to pick up their order. I finish pour my drink. I waited for my name to be called . I saw him place a order on the counter. I waited for a while , then i ask him. Is that my order." His answer was " You order the Brisket right" i responded . "Yes my name is Henry" he responded thats yours. I took my order. I was the only Black guy in the restaurant and he called evryone by their name to pickup their order except mine.
