To start out, let me say thank you to the Alex Who even though was working alone did so with a great attitude and was extremely helpful.
a part of my issue was on myself. I should’ve double checked the address because I forget it stays on the last location you were at not where you’re currently at. That parts on me. However, I’m not sure why chipotle converted to the AI system and third-party phone answering services.
When I worked there, we had to answer the phone. It’s extremely irritating after ordering to the wrong location instead of being able to call the store and speak to a human being that’s actually in the building- you get to call a robot and then a third-party system in India THEN you can talk to an employee in the store.
When logically I could’ve just called the store & told them to cancel the order that way I get my money back and they don’t waste food.
I was just going to assume the loss and told the employees to eat it on their lunch break or give it to a customer-since the location, I ordered to was 30 minutes away.
Eventually I get on the phone with another robot and another third-party system in India THEN they end up refunding me the money, which is great however, most of these issues could’ve been resolved by talking with human beings.
Also when I worked there, you had to have one person on the line one person expediting and another doing cashier. One person doing everything is insane.-Shout out to Alex for holding it down and being pleasant!

Read moreI just ordered to go. I attempted to order online but was unable to put a new gift card in as a form of payment. My husband had a earned a free guacamole that we weren't able to add. I tried to call in the order but you can't speak to a live person. So I headed out to restaurant at the Whittwood. I went at dinner time and they were low on rice, fajita veggies and to top it off, they attempted to put gross, brown wilted romaine on our salad. After they put the lettuce on top I said it looked brown and wilted and looked like it needed to be thrown away. They took off the lettuce and then tossed the rest. They were low on so many items. I almost walked out...maybe I should have. Then I'm leaving and the trash can were overflowing with trash. I don't get it!! Food is so expensive..my order was $45...for low...
Read morePlaced an order online and got to the store 30 minutes later. There was a line for online order pick-up. The guy making the online orders made one and then went to the back. I thought he was refilling a meat or something real quick, but ended up waiting 25 minutes more. Guy came back with container of steak and a thermometer and went into the back again and came out and dumped the steak in the trash. The people in front of me in line left and the guy in front of them said he's been waiting for 50 minutes. Finally fed up and just wanted to leave and nobody could help me get my order refunded.
