I went to eat here on july 29th and the food took 25 minutes to come to our table. The waitress even came to ask what we order because they forgot. and when we did get our food, we got only part of it. My friend ordered steak, eggs, hash browns, and fruit but only got steak and hash browns. She didn't even get her eggs till she was done eating what was served. Then when i had expressed my dissatisfaction the waitress explained that there is only one chef. She decided to stop serving us and sent another girl ( Brittany), she was nicer and slightly more attentive. I expressed my dissatisfaction once more when they forgot to bring the fruit and my biscuit and gravy after i had finished eating all my other food. She then said under her breath that she has other customers. I was beyond angry. Then she decided to stop serving us and the Manager ( dawn) began to serve us. We finished eating and waited for the check but it never came. We walked up to pay and i expressed that i shouldn't have to pay for such inadequate service. I was then informed by the manager that the waitress claimed that i called her a skank, which was untrue. It wasn't her personal life that was the problem, it was the incompetence of the service from all of the employees who helped us. The manager then said that her staff shouldn't have to receive abuse from the customers. Which is very true, that would be outrageous to expect that of them. Whether it happened or not the manager should have de-escalated the situation and never should have brought the accusation to my attention because unless she had heard it herself, it should have been discussed in private with her employee. I was a paying customer and i should have been treated better. Solution: If they had let us know when we walked in that they have only one chef then my impatience would have been irrational because they had informed me before i decided to dine at their establishment. Also once everything happened the manager should have De-escalated the situation and spoke to all her staff and trained them properly. They should react to situations better than they had because after all they are in the business of customer service. I will be reporting them to the BBB and also i will be calling someone because they are a franchise and this is the worst service i have ever received. The manager should manage her...
Read more7/12/25 went in this morning for breakfast. Wasn't too busy but our server was pulling double duty both waiting on and bussing tables. I noticed he was cleaning off tables of leftover food and cleaning dirty tables but after placing the dirty plates and cups in the carts, he never washed his hands and went right to the counter where the prepared food was and handled the plates, for things like butter and other items for people's meals. No washing hands or wearing gloves.
7/19/2921What a difference a year makes. My review about a year ago was positive. This update is not so good. Went in yesterday for breakfast. Restaurant wasn't very busy. Maybe 4-5 tables seated. We ordered and I watched our food sit on the counter for about 10 minutes while the server chit chatted with co-workers. When our food came out was cold. When we informed the waitress (Emily, Emilia) there was no apology or offer to have the food redone. She grabbed the plates and walked away. So we just walked out. Terrible service all around.

No butter, No jam for toast absolutely no condiments provided with my meal! Will never order here again through delivery service.
Update: food was also nasty!! Also, found a black hair in my eggs!!! Im a blonde! So gross! I will never eat here again. Unbelievable I paid $28.00 for this!
Update in response to Dennys: Maybe Dennys employees also need to be informed of this "new ordinance " because I called Dennys immediately after I received the meal to confirm if condiments were given or needed to be asked for with delivery orders and I was informed by Dennys employee "no need to ask for condiments they should have been given to you, I apologize"!
