Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Wichita Falls

If I could give zero stars I would honestly because it's not the waiters and waitresses. It's the cooking staff I don't think they wear hairnets, and that's a big issue. Regarding the three visits my wife, and I made to this establishment left us highly disappointed. So the first visit there they disregarded my instructions on my food allergies, and made our meals with the things we told them to take out our waitress that night was Ruby. The second visit my wife found a small hair in one of her sliders it was definitely cooked into the meat our waitress that night again was Ruby. The first night was sat in the bar, and the second night in the main dining areas. The third visit, and the last visit that broke the camels back was tonight. I found a long hair cooked into my baby back ribs I had to pull at it. It was absolutely disgusting. We sat in the bar once again we didn't have Ruby our waitress was Rita, but she was great. She was apologizing for things that weren't her fault. We were so turned off by the nights event we just wanted our check, and went to get something else to eat instead. Our love and go to a fresh little ceasars pepperoni pizza and free 2 liter soda yum! The managers in each incident made things right, but we have had enough though, and we will not be going back. The stress alone and anxiety we just don't want to deal with, but the manager Amber was very nice, one of the other managers David needs to work on his people skills, but he still made things right on visit two. Can't remember the other manager we had night one. She must not be there anymore, but she wore a lot of clown makeup. She too made things right, but had they not I would of been speaking with corporate on these matters, and still might quite frankly. It may be a chain restaurant but all the ones that I have been to in different cities always have the feeling of a hometown sports bar. Wichita Falls has probably too many restaurants in all honesty, but I definitely think that this is one that has succeeded because the food has always been good and so has the service. The last few times I have gone I have had the same waitress, her name is Teri, She always does a phenomenal job. I have a habit of watching how waitresses and waiters interact with other tables and not just me, because usually I'm either by myself or with my significant other and that's all. I may think that they're a great waitress, but we're pretty easy to take care of, so I see how they do with families and difficult tables and other things. I have been in there when it has been totally slammed and she has had families with small children and college kids and couples just like us and I've also been in there when it has not been very busy. Teri is consistently good with all of the tables that I have seen her wait on no matter what the circumstance. My son was a waiter for 8 years and I bartended for 6 years so I do understand the food service industry very well - well enough to know that when I go there I ask for her because I like good service to go with...

Minor wait it wasn't bad after all we Veterans wanted free food. I got the Cajun Chicken Pasta it was really good mom got the chicken enchilada and chili dad just ordered a burger like normal and fries for appetizers are going to head and got us the Bloomin Onion that she will and we all ate some of that and once again yes I paid for lunch cuz technically it was just waiting for Mom plus surgery plus the Bloomin Onion didn't cost that much is only fair that I helped my parents out the waitress her name was Tina and I was joking with her saying my name is talking Tina I like you and then I said my name is talking Tina I don't like you and then I had to reference the movie that it came from Tina was great attentive professional always smiling gave drink refills without having to ask Thank you my Cajun Chicken Pasta and I'm so grateful that you would allow me to take the remaining leftovers home cuz it tasted great now I'm looking forward to eating at as a meal for tomorrow Thank You Tina for being our waitress and Treating us with respect and enjoying my Corky sense of humor and jokes Chili's Thank You for our free veterans meal It's great the way you honor us Vet, as well active serving...
