Im a loyal customer and I ordered 3 large 2 topping pizzas tonight (5/23/19) and it was burnt. (I have to put on the app "well done" because if i dont, its raw. So when i put on the app "well done" it comes out normal and its good.) But tonight 5/23/19 it was so burnt and thin crust. I called to see if they could remake it and talked to the manager "Ted" he was so unprofessional and rude, yelling, telling me that he didnt believe me and making smart comments that it was my fault for putting "well done" on the app. I told him i was unsatisfied and on the box it says a guarantee that they'd make it right. He told me he couldnt make it right and proceeded to tell me how a pizza well done is suppose to be made that if i wanted it done right i shouldve called beforehand. He told me i needed to talk to the other mannager "Billy" in the morning if i wanted it made done right and hung up on me. I have a free pizza from the rewards club on the app and i will not be using it because they just lost a loyal customer! I decided to pay for my order at the location for what I thought would be greater convenience.... I was so very wrong... the front counter and register were being run by the young woman who was so spaced out that she brought me the completely wrong order twice... when she finally got my actual order to the register she messed up the ringing up process and couldn't understand that I had ordered three garlic sauces.... she gave me the pizza and said have a good night and I am very happy that I looked in the boxes because there weren't any of the three garlic sauces that I had just paid for... so after telling her this that should be the last of the story right? Read moreThe customer service is awful. Ordered a pizza at 6:32, and they were still “preparing” it at 7:30, even though the estimated delivery was “45-55 minutes”. So, we called the store to see what was going on, held for 5 minutes, then they HUNG UP on us when the phone redirected and rang again. We call back and the girl says “oh well the tracker doesn’t know what’s goin’ on here in the store”. Then what exactly is the point of a tracker? Finally, our order was received at 7:50, only to realize our pizza had no jalapeños, and we were missing our two marinara sauces. So, we call to tell the store that our marinara was missing. They tell us “someone can’t bring it for a while..”. So, we’re like “what about the driver that literally left seconds ago”? So, then a man gets on the phone and asks us to describe the driver so he can tell him to bring us our marinara. I hang up. 30 minutes has passed and nobody returned with our marinara.
