Great place. Very clean. Great staff. Great coffee. Would be a good place for us Indie authors in this city to meet. But in the one year plus I moved back to be near more family and get out of Travis county...because with 2 million people..it was too easy to get lost...and I was very much out of my element..in the Hill Country on Lake Travis..where I worked as a slave for years for nothing with my deceased brothers best old friend..no one warned me he was elusive and would constantly complain to me about his woman issues...he was very Worldly...yet I was isolated out away from human contact...getting over the horrible loss of my parents..who's demise was hurried up by felons unrelated to my family for Greed.. Glad to be back. Find me on the web. Over 400 short books out now. And no..I am not wealthy yet..stop asking....on the phone...through emails..my parents were..to their demise..with a good cover up by many so called helpful government agencies who in reality..could have cared less...was not their parents....my father would have lived a few more years..if he had not had cat litter poured into an intentional cut on his leg..left to starve...with horrible bed sores while felon John Allen Buster...not related to our family in any way..lied to all of us..forged legal documents to steal...and the estate attorney did not show rightful heirs their...
Read moreI love Dunkins coffee. When this place first opened it was great. I work nights and would go by before work around 6p.m. or after work at around 7:15 a.m. through the drive through and order coffee. Usually a mocha iced coffee with cream and sugar. Simple enough. I have ordered that coffee at least 20 times. The last 5 times I have gotten the worst tasting drink. The staff was always rude and do not know how to make anything on the menu and will literally tell you that. Once I asked for coconut milk and I watched the lady put almond milk in my drink. Tasted horrible and what if I was allergic to almond milk? Just terrible service. I ordered a Frappuccino blast for a co-worker and the lady at dunkins said it's too fu$!# cold to be ordering this. I mean really? This is what kind of people they have working there now. I decided to give them another chance. I door dashed a regular blend iced coffee with cream and sugar. Kept it simple so they could not get it wrong. I also ordered a mixed box of munchki holes. The coffee taste burnt. No cream and sugar. And the donut holes are hard as a rock. Probably both made early this morning and stale and burnt now that it is 9:30 at night. So disappointed. ...

Not knowing that meant they were closed I pulled up to the window and waited to be seen. A lady probably in her 50s with red hair comes up and says “can I help you?” I respond by saying “yes are y’all closed?” She says “that’s what the sign says doesn’t it?” I responded “Well no actually it doesn’t say that and I don’t appreciate the attitude.” She answers “well that’s what it means, bye” and shuts the window. I am a registered nurse working the 12 hr night shift at a hospital and was just wanting some frozen coffee. I called up there and attempted to get her name but she just said “I don’t have to give it to you” and then preceded to hang up on me. I filed a complaint to corporate in hopes that this negative nobody will change...
