Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Wichita

We normally have good experiences with this place, but today we were treated incredibly poorly by one of the girls working there. We ordered three pizzas, two of them with LIGHT hot sauce. When we went to pick them up we checked them in the store to find they'd missed the sauce on both pizzas. We informed the girl helping us that of this little mistake and she had a bit of an attitude but still went back to put the sauce on before giving the pizzas back. We made it all the way back home before looking at them again and it was a NIGHTMARE. These weren't pizzas anymore, these were oceans of hot sauce with a little bit of crust on the sides. You couldn't even see the other toppings underneath it was just so saturated with sauce. We had to take them back. When we got there the young man who helped us fix the order was very polite, he did a good job. But the girl. Oh the girl. She threw a FIT when they had to remake our pizzas! She was throwing things around and complaining loud enough for everyone in the building to hear. I've never seen anyone act more childish in a business. It was the most unprofessional, rude, behavior I've had to endure.

I'm giving the place three stars for the boy that helped us. He did a wonderful job and remade our pizzas perfectly despite his coworker having a temper tantrum next to him. We will not be returning when she's...

Earlier in the day my daughter purchased your buffalo chicken bites and mac&cheese...she let me try it, it was sooo delicious so when my husband left our shop I asked him to stop at domino's pizza and pick up our order (I placed an order on line) the first thing that happened our order was "lost!" And then it magically appeared when my husband got there. I own a cheesecake shop I know all the tricks our order wasn't missing they just didn't want to make it until someone came to pick it up because I chose to pay in store I get it...But I wasn't happy about it! Ok when my husband got home with the food (I got everything my daughter got) but my buffalo chicken was dried out burned up, and dried out it couldn't have been because we live too far away because we live around the corner from domino's! My daughter's meal was delivered and hers wasn't dried out...and it couldn't have been because it was sitting for a long time...they didn't start making it until my husband got there! My husband's meal was dried out and burnt up also he got the sweet (something) bar b q chicken bites and mac&cheese...I was sooo disappointed about our meals!!!I😔 I get it because my husband and I own a shop as well and I know how busy you can get later in the day but I deserve the same meal my daughter had at any time I visit your store that's...

The ordering experience was definitely really bad. I ordered carry out two medium pizzas. One pizza was regular marinara with pepperoni and jalapenos, the other was garlic sauce with olives and beef. I repeated this order a total of 5 times, the employee would read it back, it was wrong in some way each time. I was not upset, in fact I was laughing hysterically and even asked him if there was something wrong with him. I could make assumptions about the gentlemans state of mind or even his mental capacity but I think I thoroughly enjoyed that moment. Furthermore, I got to the location, paid for the pizza, and waiting for a few mins. The staff was super friendly.

I didn't inspect the pizza until I reached home, the beef and olive pizza was burnt to a char on the bottom, in fact almost all of the moisture had been cooked out of the pizza including the sauce. The other pizza was fine other than the dough was misshapen, a large chunk of the dough was removed before cooking it, it look really odd.

Overall I would say the ordering experience was odd, they did manage to get the order correct, and the staff was super polite. I would have probably given this already a 3 star restaurant, another 3 stars, but the pizza was horrific, seemingly to the point...
