I placed my to-go order over the phone. The person working the counter was easy to understand and pleasant on the phone. When I picked up my food they made sure to provide sauces and utensils without request and the food was cleanly prepared, using cardboard cutouts to keep the containers stable, it was considerate and there was no sauce or food spilling over the edges. They had a fantastic drink selection not your normal everyday coke products. I got a blackberry Canada dry ginger ale. The portions were more than enough, the prices incredibly fair. The crab Rangoon had crab meat in them and were fresh and fried perfectly. Their steamed dumplings were obviously freshly made and hands down the best I've ever had. The sesame chicken was cooked perfectly, no crunchy lumps of batter all chicken and not drenched in sauce. Amazing! This is exactly where you should go to actually get delicious american chinese food, and actually being satisfied with every dish, in that it lives up to all expectations. I've been disappointed at every place in town I've tried, thinking it would live up to Charng An, which closed years ago. This place definitely does, and I have to say it's even better! Fried rice is awesome, perfectly cooked through (done & not mushy). Crab Rangoon is perfectly sweet, crunchy- not oily, oniony, too much filling, or hard as a rock. Pork egg rolls are actually filled with meat, and not overloaded with only cabbage & carrots. Sweet and sour sauce is good, not just a sweetened vinegar. Stopped at Hong Kong express and purchased food the next day $250 bucks was taking from my account for all state health solutions if anyone is still eating at Hong Kong do not use a bank card nor a credit card they are scamming ppl if you do use your card check that card reader and make sure you not getting scammed that was the only restaurant I've ate at in the Last few days that was a small mom and pop shop I've never had this issue at a franchise restaurant and the restaurant in towneast Square they serve the teriyaki chicken the card reader is behind the counter instead of out in the open you can't see it please use cash at these places this is the second time now I have to cancel my bank card...
