Spangles — Restaurant in Wichita

Sad to say the service failed. Got home to find a sandwich missing. Called and went back. Of course I was not happy but I explained my husband was waiting on me and so all the other food will be cold when I get home. A nice man said they were going to remake my entire order and he could see what I ordered on the screen and for me to pull forward. I did. A lady came out with a sandwich and an onion bites and told me she KNEW they gave me the wrong sandwich. I corrected her and said the one sandwich was not wrong but we had a MISSING sandwich and the man said he was remaking the entire order which would be a sandwich, fries and onion bites. She puffed out her chest and said no, we only make what was missing. I told her that was not what I was told and she should address it with the people inside. She repeated that we only make what was missing. I told her that getting mad is not good for my soul but I will definitely let someone know about this order. She said sorry and I told her sometimes sorry isn’t good enough and drove away. Story does not end there. I got home to my cold sandwich and it was not made correctly either. I asked for Turkey and tomato only and no sauce. I got Turkey and sauce. Ridiculous. I hope the Steven’s read...

Went to dining room at 9:00, tonight (08/12/2018), Sunday evening. They close at 10:00. All the chairs were put up on the tables and all the booths were blocked off. Staff seemed very annoyed that we wanted to eat at a couple of different booths with the 6 kids we had between two families. I had to step over the mop and a stool to get to the restroom. About 9:45 the staff started further moping and told us we had to go out a particular door. They were rude. I asked them if they closed at 10:00 (genuinely was asking because I used to wait tables and I know how annoying it is when people coming in right before close). Was totally ignored and got an eye roll. No verbal response. This location needs to train their staff and explain to them that without customers they would not have a job. I know it is really hard to find good help so I am sympathetic to the Spangles franchise, but there seems to be some lackluster top down management at...

This has to be one of the most overpriced fast food places in Wichita, not to mention their pricing Makes absolutely no sense. The prices are so high. Even the employees say they're embarrassed to give the totals when ringing up the customer. Depending on which value meal you get, you'll pay differently for the fries and drink when you break down the pricing... There's absolutely no consistency. When the burger is $4.49 or whatever, and the meal is $9.99 so I'm paying $5.51 for the small drink and small fry.. That's crazy.. And when I chose the medium drink and fries it jacked it up to almost $13.. And if you break down the pricing for each individual item, it is actually cheaper to buy them separately than in a value pack. So there is no value in the value pack. Now I heard the advertisement recently or they're paying all their employees $12 an hour starting. So I guess that's why I'm paying $13 for an ok burger, mediocre fries...
