Definitely some tasty tacos! Cash & credit cards accepted.

I know what you're thinking - you're on the road to or from Vegas and you need to get a new drink and a bite to eat. Yes, Subway and McDonald's are extremely close and you could eat that in the car and save some time. However, I strongly encourage you to try El Taco Loco instead. Service time was very quick - probably not much longer (or even faster) than how long it would take you to order and get your order at a fast food shop. Take a minute to eat it in house instead of on the road (unless you're getting a burrito). It's worth the few extra minutes to taste something you can't get anywhere else in the world!

Essentially a taco and burrito shop with a few platter meals if you like rice and beans similar to the rice and beans you can get in basically any other Mexican restaurant in the world. These aren't the stars of the show. The tacos are. Carne asada was a bit dry but very flavorful. Cabeza was a bit moist but delicious. And the al pastor didn't have the strong pineapple flavor I think it should but it was still very good. Each served on a single corn tortilla (instead of two as is common many places) but each tortilla was adequate to handle the filling without dissolving. Diced onions and cilantro are standard along with a lime slice.

They also have a salsa bar with 4-5 different salsa options. Nothing terribly painful in terms of spice but a variety of flavors. No pico de gallo. Roasted as well as plain whole jalapenos for some extra bite and serve-yourself tortilla chips.

Drinks are all bottled and the selection is rather slim. Service is minimal - place your order and they call you to come and pick it up. I didn't see or hear any of the staff except for those two moments. A small shop but enough room for at least 20-25 customers all at once. Clean & basic.

Definitely worth an extra 5-10 minutes to have something more tasty (if perhaps not more memorable) than a sub sandwich or...

It's okay, you can tell that they use cheaper products. The meat is not very good, it really doesn't have a good taste. I'm from Flagstaff and we have better Mexican restaurants. I feed a family of 6 for just a little over $40. Which is great, but the quality is poor. My kids did not eat all of their meal. One 18 year old, one 15 year old, one 12 year old all boys and one 11 year old girl. So that should say something..... Just no taste... Would not return again. They had a salsa bar, but it tasted like jars of salsa from Sam's Club. No sure how they have 4.7 stars from...

These are some of the best tacos I've ever had. Really authentic, handmade corn tortillas, so good!! I don't know what that local guide Kieth is talking about because everything was fantastic, including the salsa. His idea of good Mexican is probably the Doritos tacos at taco bell.... I only wish I could eat there more often as we were just passing thru Wickenburg on the bus... Keep up the good work you guys and don't let people that know nothing about true authentic Mexican food...

Happened to pass through on my way to Vegas on a Friday and tried out their fish fry special. Let me tell you, these fish tacos are the best I've had in a very long time! So filling and cooked to perfection, the creamy sauce they use is to die for. Not to mention they have a whole chips and salsa bar for you to munch on while you wait for your food.

We ordered tacos and chimichang. The both came with a good proportion of meat. Food was great, placed our order and the food was done in a few minutes. Enjoyed some of the fixings on the salsa bar and a few chips too. The customer greeting does need some help, but the younger person was very cheerful and pleasant.
