Shout my out to Linda, Leslie, April, Liz, Renee and another sweet lady (I hope I got most of the names right)! I Came up on Friday on my way to Lake Havasu. I placed an online pick up order. The place was a little busy but they still welcomed me as I entered. I had to use the restroom right away. It was clean. My sandwich’s were ready and still warm. One of the ladies made sure to ask if everything looked alright as I pick up my order. Sunday(Easter), I placed another online pick up order. Again, welcomed when I came in and someone even complemented my dress! It is very very rare to get this kind of service with just a pick up order. Very impressive. If I could give them a NEGATIVE 5 I would! my family & I were on our way to Vegas & stopped to grab a bite to eat at this subway. we should've known it was a bad idea when we saw flies flying around. some near the food. we all got sweet onion teriyaki sandwich and all 3 of us got sick! I threw up in the car about an hour later, my bf threw up the next day & my mother had loose stool for an entire week! not just that, one of the staff members had their friend just hanging out, talking to them as they made our sandwiches. then, another lady who was making our sandwich, who was older, was EXTREMELY slow. the other woman making sandwiches clearly was annoyed by her and talked to her very rudely & disrespectful. it was uncomfortable to stand there & witness this. anyways, don't eat here. they're, slow, rude...

This Subway has been 1 of THE best for cleanliness, preparation, desirable takeout choices, readable menues, freshness and in-stock percentage. Product knowledge behind counter & customer service was best in 300 miles. Everything seems slipping slowly downscale at this point. We go in 2-3 times a month, at times, more. I didn't know any faces, wife thought maybe young lady in back kitchen. Might be poor corporate supply, training, new help or something. Even quality of, and color on, wrapping seemed poorer.
