Waited more than 30 min for two single cones and still didn’t get them. They said they were working on previous order’s for customers dinning in. While I was waiting I noticed the guy making the banana splits and cones was not wearing any gloves, walking to the back opening boxes and freezer door and wiping his hands on his shorts then coming back to the front to make cones and cut bananas on the palms of his hands without washing his hands or putting on gloves. I asked the guy taking orders if they had gloves and he said yes. After voicing my concerns he took the two employees making ice cream to the back to talk to them and they came back to the front looking even more unhappy than what they already seemed because they had to put on gloves. A customer then asked them about my cones she couldn’t believe we had been waiting that long and was told that he didn’t know how long it was going to take because there were other orders they were working on. At this point I asked for a refund as we were just passing by from Vegas and had already been waiting for more than 30 minutes. Read moreI usually do not write reviews. However, after tonight's visit definitely warranted, a review. I have a child with autism who is very picky about what he eats and where he eats. It's all based off of reviews. With that being said he agreed to go try this restaurant. I was excited because he didn't ask for reviews or anything else before going. He ordered his normal meal that he would normally order anywhere else that he was getting a hamburgers. However however, when it came out, it was not precise. The gentleman No questions asked took back his food and made sure it was exactly how he wanted it. Very apologetic, and what usually would have created a meltdown for my child went over with ease. Thank you so much, sir, for handling it in a very professional understanding manner. You might read this and say that is what he should do. However, over the past 17 years, we have learned that we get really bad looks Add rude behavior from several people. When this happens. No smiles and as I watched everyone behind the counter I noticed two speeds slow and slower.
