This is regarding the previous review done by Brian, that you disputed was accurate. I was the person who came to get the order. It was ordered by my husband this past Sunday around 4ish. The girl who answered said you guys were almost out of food, so we were happy to be accommodated and get our order in. We did; and 30 min later I walked in to get it. I was told by the gentleman that there was no such order under my husband or my name. I then went on to give him the exact items, which he replied there was still no such order. He also implied we called the wrong location, which is inaccuarate, as we can show you our phone log, that shows the call was placed to your location, and that a conversation for quite a few minutes was held; as we placed a large order. No one offered anything else. As the young man basically stared at me and told me the order doesn't exist, and basically made it seem I was the one who was incompetent. There were 10 people at my home, all excited to try your food for the first time. It's OK to make mistakes, but 0 fix was done. We also called back when i returned home empty handed, and the phone rang busy 4 separate times. Not sure what else we should of done on our behalf. I finally had an opportunity to give 'Johnny Longshots' a shot here in Wildwood late last night and was not disappointed. The bread was tasty, meat was ample and generous, and the side of fries were good stuff to get into my gullet. The interior was clean as a whistle and decked out with Philly-centric elements which made for an added flair there which perfectly complements the exterior. Service was top notch as well. I also appreciated the later hours of operation as I work late and many of the other local steak shops close practically right after sundown it seems. And another plus, the small touch of adding some foil for the food {cheese steak} to keep it hot is something that makes a difference and a positive impact. It shows attention to detail and consideration. I'll definitely be back and am happy to recommend 'Johnny Longhots' to friends and family alike as well as the numerous customers I deal with at my business seeking...

When JLH opened I was hesitant to try but I went and got a cheesesteak Fried onions ,lettuce and tomato, I was surprised it was pretty good and JLH became my go to for a good cheesesteak, that was until today, I ordered same as always .. got home it was lunch time ,, mmm couldn’t wait, first bite,, meat was like small layered slabs not chopped up hardly at all , onions were not even fried onions more like boiled onions and chunky at that, cheese? ??
