Time for an update... For starters, I recently had a mobile order canceled on me after placing it through the app which is highly promoted by 'Mickey D's' to use and do. After arriving to retrieve what I expected to be my dinner, I was told my order was canceled without any valid reasoning for it. I don't know who is at fault - corporate or local level but it's a poor parameter for confidence building.
Also, the hours listed on Google seem to conflict with what is available in the app. It's a prime-time Friday night in August, peak summer season here and well before 11 PM, I cannot place any orders in the mobile app for dinner meal options. Only breakfast items are showing.
The food quality is generally okay going by past experiences so far - middling to fresh. I have noticed that recently, ever since the $5 Dollar Meal Deal was introduced earlier this summer, the deals within the app seem to be less enticing. The one I frequently use now only gives a 25% off discount on a $12 order, which used to be a 30% discount on a $10 meal order. Yeah, I noticed alright and I have no interest in the $5 Meal Deal per se. No need to jack up prices for other items to cover for a "di$counted" deal with limited appeal - it's bad for bu$ine$$. Leave it alone as a 'lo$$ leader' without penalizing other discount deals. That's just plain tacky.
Prices has risen once again which deters me from doing McDonald's period. This is not exclusive to my local McD's I am aware but still, it's not a positive...
Read moreVisited sunday evening, July 13th. Restaurant was super busy, with many people waiting for their order. I placed my order at the kiosk, but the unit was malfunctioning, and I could not pay there. So it told me to pay at the counter. I did so, but I didn't have the table number, since the kiosk malfunctions. The guy told me not to worry, he would bring out the food to me, he would find me. I waited, and waited... busy with lots of customers. After 30 minutes waiting, I went to the front, asking if they had my order. Another guy looked, and didn't find it, and said "they're making it now". As soon as I sat back at my table, they brought the order to us in a paper bag. I opened the bag, and the first bite of the friest were COLD. In looking at the sticker on the bag, the order was completed 8 minutes after I placed the order... and obvioulsy the bag had been sitting in their order rack for the past 25 minutes. I took the two fries to the front desk and just asked to get new fries. The guy got upset at me... telling me they called my number many times, and I didn't come get it. (remember, the other guy told me he would bring the food to me, when it was ready). All I asked was for replacement fries, but the guy acted as if I was trying to rob him. Long story short... we ate cold fries and cold burgers. I usually come here once a week on my work trip to Wildwood. Will never...

Gave them my code 2 times at the speaker Just for another person to come onto the headset and start screaming “hello” at me even though another guy had already started my order. Not once was my order Confirmed or read back to me and it didn’t show on the screen in the drive-through. So when I get my receipt and noticed that multiple items that I ordered weren’t rang up and asked to add them The guy at the window got an attitude and told me I would have to go around and Re-order. Tell me to pull into spot number one, even though there was already a car in Both of the drive-through spots. The guy was one of the rudest workers I’ve ever caught in contact with and seemed to barely understand what I was even saying. They hand my food to the wrong person outside and then I had to go back inside to order my food that was missing and it took them 15 minutes to get me a singular egg McMuffin.
