We called to make a reservation for 12 people at 6:15, we arrived and the host stated that there were zero tables downstairs and we were more than welcome to check upstairs. That should have been the first red flag,the fact we had to do their job. We went upstairs and got a table that accommodated all of us and waited for about 20 minutes before we were even asked for drinks (second red flag). We placed our drink order and the server did an amazing job with quickly filling the drink order. We then submitted our food order and waited 1 hour and 45 minutes give or take a few minutes for our food. The server stated that the kitchen was behind and they stopped accepting orders(third red flag). The food finally came and we had asked to speak to management. What a complete joke the manager is. She DID NOT apologize for anything. She stated that she would take a few things off our checks. We all received our checks to see nothing taken off for the inconvenience. We asked to speak to the manager and she did take a few things off a few checks but not everyone. I guess the inconvenience only applied to half the table. Read moreThe first thing you should know is that this is a cash establishment only. There is no notification of this on Door when you walk in. You don't find this out until you've already Order a drink from the bartender. After that, the bartender will instruct you that the a t m is in the corner. Luckily, I had cash on me. The poor 4 women across the bar did not and had to scramble frantically. To pay for their drinks they had already ordered. Secondly, I requested a receipt for My dinner when I had finished and I was told they did not have receipts. Their cash machine does not print Receipts. The waitress then proceeded to hand me a receipt written on a index card. That she got from the kitchen, LOL. When I spoke to the manager who was working behind the bar as the bartender. He told me we don't have receipts and we don't give Out receipts to patrons and was very rude. I asked him why and he got very indignant and basically walked away. This all being after I already tipped over 30% to the waitress And bartender. I've been working in this business for over 30 years. I have never been treated like this. Read moreOn Saturday 8/9 we enjoyed dinner at the waterfront and the service & food was so good we went again tonight 8/10. We arrived at dinner at 7:35 and knew exactly what we wanted to order right away then we waited for an hour and a half just to get our apps (3 Clams and french onion soup) in a restaurant that was completely empty mind you ,which we previously ordered the day before (a completely full restaurant) and got in less than 15 mins, today it took over an hour and the Waitres was great but unfortunately while we were eating our apps the busser came and Took one of our clam apps that was completely full and untouched not the one that was eaten and full of trash. After we got out servers attention she offered to replace but I asked if it would take over an hour again and she just asked if i wanted it taken off the bill. Not once did i see a manger which in a situation like that i feel as if a manger should talk to a table about long waits and mistakenly taking of an entire full plate. Our bill was 106$ with nothing compensated for long waits / & an entire full plate taken. Will never visit again...
