I reached out to this business in April requesting someone to take measurements of a small back patio so I could replace the outdoor carpet that I had (previously purchased from Fams many many years ago). It took until Mid-May for someone just to come out for a quick measurement (after several follow up calls). I then made sure I stopped in the next time I was in the area which was on 5/23 to pay for the outdoor carpet in FULL. I had been told they were a few weeks out for ordering the carpet and installing it. So after a few weeks, June 10th to be exact, I started calling asking for an ETA. That was 3 weeks after I paid for the carpet. I was told about a week to a week and a half out and confirmed that the carpet was already ordered and received at the store. So, I set a reminder to call in 1.5 weeks (gave them the full week and a half). Called again on June 22nd for another ETA. I was then told they were still a couple weeks out. The reason......."the weather!". Meanwhile, those last couple of weeks at the shore had been beautiful - no rain, no humidity, etc. I then asked what kind of weather do you need in order to install an outdoor carpet? Then the response was well the next few days will be raining (which it wasn't). I still didn't get an explanation of why the carpet had not been installed due to the "weather." The next reason was "I can't get an installer." At that point, my frustration level was at an all time high. I immediately called another business, already have someone to come out in 2 days to take measurements and was told my outdoor carpet could be installed within a week. I thankfully received a full refund from Fams (rightfully so) but will never EVER give this store my business. I should have learned from several years ago when they installed new outdoor carpet on FOUR front steps that literally took almost 2 months to do. There is never a single customer in this store when you drive by. They should be thankful for someone to give them business (and have a returning customer) but they are just lazy AF. DO...

Stumbled upon this store. Was torn between two tables. They told us if it didn't work they could bring the other. They delivered it the next day. We also got some extra stools, the height was wrong. We love this store. Jean and Mark are fabulous. Jean helped us coordinate a complete living, dining and some bedroom pieces and everything was delivered the next day.
