It took me way too long to finally go to this local bodega esq place. They explain how to order on the menu board and they have a great selection of sandwiches and salads. I was on the hunt for a breakfast sandwich so I tried the bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel. The bacon was nice and crispy, eggs light and fluffy and the cheese was nice and gooey. 10/10 breakfast sandwich and now I’ll need to try a hoagie and a salad.

Cirles is my favorite sandwich place in WilkesBarre. I think they have reasonably priced sandwiches that are fresh and delicious. Also their muffins are baked fresh daily and are amazing. You may have to wait a bit to order and get your sandwich because they are busy, however if you're in a rush you can call in your order ahead of time and they'll have it ready.

This place has some of the best sandwiches in the area. No lie, they have been in business a long time and it's because they deserve it.

They have custom creations that are definitely unique but they have basic stuff too. No matter what you choose, the ingredients are fresh and everything is high quality. As far as the store itself goes, it's got a lot of interesting nick-nacks that are fun to browse through while you wait for your sandwich.

Don't go during lunchtime: everyone and their grandmother wants a sandwich from here, and the line can be ridiculous. But that's a positive really. So why only four stars? There's no seating in the store, so if you are downtown and don't have somewhere to bring your food you'll have to eat it while walking.

As well, to be clear, it's not a CHEAP sandwich placed. The prices aren't ridiculous for what you get, but it's not somewhere I'd take my broke friend who always asks me to...

Circles on the Square is one of the best Delis we've ever been to. Ever.

Homemade fresh breads, high quality meats and cheeses...they even grind the peanut butter in house for their PB&J!

Circles is truly a New York Deli in lil old Wilkes-Barre.

We've been there a few times and have yet to find a sandwich we don't like.

Recommendations - Chris's Full Decker - If you're a fan of corned beef Owen's Original - The BLT with smoked gruyere cheese! Chunks Chicken - Chipotle Chicken with cheese and bacon, served on pumpernickel PB & J Deluxe - Fresh ground peanut butter...need we say more.

And if you get there early and they have their mac n cheese. Get it. Get 5. You will be in...

Most local office businesses go here but there are other hidden treasures out there. I feel they are a bit overpriced and low on the amount served per order. There is only on street meter parking, which presents a problem looking for some place to park. The taste is deli grade and predictable to the taste buds.
