Unacceptable Experience at Carl's Jr in Williams, AZ Love's - Cold Meat and Poor Customer Service

I recently had an extremely disappointing and unsatisfactory experience at the Carl's Jr located in a Williams, AZ Love's Truck Stop. I entered the establishment with high hopes for a delicious meal, but what I received was far from acceptable.

I specifically ordered a Super Star burger with fresh meat and extra pickles. However, my order was hastily delivered to the front counter in under a minute, which immediately raised suspicions. It is common knowledge that it takes at least 3 minutes to cook fresh meat properly, ensuring it is safe to consume. It was evident that my burger was prepared with pre-cooked, cold meat, putting me at risk of food poisoning.

When I approached the cashier, who identified herself as Kyra (although she conveniently lacked a name badge), I expected some level of concern and professionalism. However, Kyra's response was nothing short of disappointing. Instead of attempting to rectify the situation or address my concerns, she simply issued a refund and dismissed my valid grievances. She turned her back on a customer!

The behavior exhibited by Kyra was not only rude but also indicative of a lack of training and maturity in handling customer relationships. It is clear that she is ill-suited for a managerial position until she gains the necessary skills and mindset required to effectively serve customers and address their concerns.

The combination of cold, undercooked meat and the dismissive attitude of the cashier left me thoroughly dissatisfied and frustrated with my experience at Carl's Jr in Williams, AZ Love's. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and it is evident that the management and staff of this location need significant improvement in both their food preparation and customer service practices.

I strongly advise potential patrons to think twice before visiting this particular Carl's Jr location, as you may encounter similar issues and a lack of respect for your well-being and satisfaction as a customer. Doesn't follow...

Horrible horrible HORRIBLE service. Arrived to find 2 very unhappy customers who had been waiting upwards of 30 minutes for food. One woman never even recieved her order! There were only 3 customers in the restaurant and we hadn't even ordered yet. The manager and her only employee on duty were INCAPABLE of preparing 2 burgers in 30 minutes. In defense of the IGNORED customer who'd paid for her meal and not recieved it my husband spoke up on her behalf respectfully and the manager stared at him for a length of time awkwardly then said "I'm not serving you, you need to leave!" The woman STILL DIDNTS RECEIVE HER ORDER and the manager and her employee weren't even making it after 40 MINUTES now! She requested her money back to which the manager JERKED it out of the register rudely. Still telling us we need to leave at this point, my husband walked off to retrieve a manager (we weren't aware SHE was the manager at this time) as this Carl's Jr was connected to a LOVES gas station. The manager at CARLS JR hid in her little office claiming we had verbally abused her, mind you I had not said a word to her. After some insistence she took my order and after QUITE SOME TIME we recieved our order in DISARRAY! She literally threw them together slamming the buns together, they were covered in grease and brown fat drippings to the point the buns were soggy wet! My burger (The western Bacon Burger)did not have onion rings on it and my 10yr old sons burger was inedible. Absolutely horrendous. The manager was NOT capable of her duties...

DISGUSTING. I should have known when I pulled up and a trash bag was over the speaker with a sloppy paper sign saying order inside slapped on the board.

I go in and seats are up everywhere so no one sits. I’m told there is no breaded chicken. I change what I order and get the cup. There’s no ice and I’m told to go to Love’s. Okay, no big deal. I come back and someone is ordering and the employee says no milkshakes and no fries, which I wasn’t told. I have no idea what type of fries I got. Before leaving, I asked for ketchup and they told me they’re out of ketchup.

Get back to the hotel and the grilled chicken smells horrible and was not cooked enough. Completely inedible, couldn’t even give to my dog. Tried to eat the sandwich without the chicken, but the bun wasn’t even cooked all the way. It was like uncooked dough. Fries weren’t cooked enough either. I should have went to bed with a hunger headache instead of the frustration and stress headache I have now … and the probable sickness I’ll have later from this...
