Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Williams

The taco shells smelled like old oil. I believed they used an expired batch of shells. I bought 3 party pack. As soon as I opened and tasted I had to spit it out. My friends tasted and all agreed. We only opened 3 tacos. I took them back for a refund. Very disappointed specially when we all were very hungry. Lady at counter asked me how long ago did I order. I said here is the receipt about 30 min ago because. I drove home set up to eat and came back for a refund. Oh well just wanted to make sure you didn't drive 2 hours home. Lol who would pick up taco bell and drive 2 hours to eat. Sorry taco bell is not that great. 😂 I said I just want a credit and you can take the tacos back. She said only remakes no refund. I said no the shells are not good I want a refund. She said manager is busy I can give you _ desert Bundt cakes if you want. I said no I want a credit. she insisted manager was to busy to help me. I said ok I'll take pictures that I returned tacos and I'll call credit card company to give me full refund because I die receive what I wanted. I spent about $60 because I also ordered KFC but only needed the taco packs refunded. When I said I would call credit card company, manager was now available within a minute and was able to refund. Mmhm weird how the manager hides and make it so difficult to credit something that is not good. Most places would be doing a quality check in there...

Very nice building. Stopped on our way home from the Grand Canyon. Lady up front was nice, receipt says her name is Terri. Our order was not complicated. I got nachos & 3 ranch locos tacos, supreme but with light lettuce. They gave me 3 regular locos tacos with no lettuce. A couple came in and stood at the counter to order. I walked over and stood at the side counter for a good minute watching 2 people gossipping about Facebook with their backs turned, not doing any work & Terri on the other side prepping. The young girl (red shirt, no name tag, a lot of makeup) finally acknowledged me after away least a full minute. I specifically said "these are plain tacos with no lettuce & I ordered supreme with easy lettuce". She walked away with such a bad attitude she left the old tacos on the counter- it's 30 minutes later and they're still sitting there. The couple who were waiting to order had to yell to get anyone's attention. Got my new tacos- which were tossed on the counter. She (kfc shirt, again no name tag) walked away so quickly, I said thank you but she ignored me. Got back to my table- no lettuce again. I didn't even bother trying a third time. Please trust this and the other negative reviews and avoid this taco bell at all costs. I just received the worst service I have ever gotten at any taco bell from this location. I stopped in and ordered a #7 which was clearly labeled CHICKEN quesadilla. When I got my food I realized it was a cheese quesadilla with no chicken. The manager said I have to specify that I wanted that even though the board clearly stated chicken on it, not chicken OR cheese. I didn't like this so I asked for a refund which she at first refused to provide. And said they only do remakes not refunds. I said no, I didn't ask for a remake I want a refund. She then RUDELY SNATCHED THE BAG out of my hand disappeared back into the kitchen and came back saying she remade it and I again asked for a refund. The manager continued to not listen to me and argue with me about it and I had to repeat my request for a refund 5 or more times before she finally gave me a partial refund for the quesadilla portion of the #7 meal or claimed to. Never before had a restaurant refuse to refund like that when they mess up and easy order, which I hadn't even eaten any of. I will be checking my bank account and contacting corporate and will NEVER be back to...
