Delicious food with a drive thru window!!!! Just make sure you call your order in ahead of time and go in to pick it up if you’re planning on going around the dinner crunch time or you might sit on that l drive thru line for a bit. After 7 usually no prob though. Their Greek salad with chicken is seriously on point. Lettuce and cucumbers are always crunchy, tomatoes always pop, red onion always has that bite I’m looking for. The dressing is legit oil and vinegar Greek. And they don’t skimp on the feta. I always order a side of tzatziki to add to my salad, too. My husband gets the Philly gyro with steak. If he had his way, he’d order from here every night if the week. I eat pretty strictly keto but I’ve snuck a couple French fries here and there— they’re good, too. My kids used to get the burgers but I think they’re not on the kids menu anymore, which is a shame because the kids grilled cheese (a slice of American on a folded grilled pita) is kinda lame. But that’s my only gripe with this place. Everything else...
Read more1st visit to Spartan Gyros, but it definitely won't be the last when I'm in the area! Got the 'Traditional Lamb Gyro', although you can choose either lamb, beef, or chicken. Ordered the meal w/onion rings & your choice of drink. I must admit that I normally shy away from Gyros because I find the tzatziki sauce to overpowering just about everytime I've tried them in the past, but a friend recommended that I give Spartan Gyros a try and I'm glad I did. The tzatziki sauce blends well with the wonderful flavors inside the Gyro, without being the standout flavor. The flavor of the lamb was incredible and it was prepared fresh to order along with the onion rings. It'll be difficult to try other items on their menu after having the 'Traditional Lamb Gyro'.
Give them a try if you're nearby. As of 15 Jan, 2021 they offered dine-in, takeout, & drive thru options. We chose to dine-in and the tables were appropriately spaced apart to allow for a safe dine-in option. Thank you...
Read moreCame here the other day. Didn't realize it was a drive-through or dine in type of place. I decided to dine in. You can order from a screen or from the person working both the drive-through window and front counter. I noticed that the drive-through takes priority in food served. It makes sense, but at the same time, if you're dining in, you know you're being skipped to reduce the line outside. It probably took about 15 minutes for me to get my gyro and fries. About the same time it would take to get food at a sit down only restaurant. Not bad, but the drive-through shows again that your 2nd priority. The food was good. A classic gyro. The service was great. The lady working the window and the front counter was sweet, polite, and even brought my meal to me. The atmosphere was trying to make a point that they hold true to the Spartan memorabilia. The place seems pretty clean and well maintained. I'll be back again, but maybe I go through the...
