If I could give zero stars, I would. The only reason this location might deserve even one is because of the older woman in orange with glasses—she was sweet. The rest of the staff? The blatant racism was hard to ignore.
I just wanted some food on my work break. Instead, I was hit with a clear energy shift between how they treated me vs. the white customers in the store. I watched them smile, joke, and call those customers “sir.” When it came to me? They were irritated, cold, and clearly just wanted me out of there.
When my food was brought out, I said “thank you.” The woman had a stank face and just walked away. No smile. No words. Nothing. Then I watched as another employee walked up to the white customer sitting right next to me and asked if he wanted a refill or anything else. Me? Walked right by like I didn’t exist.
It’s 2025. And this is still happening. It’s sad. Disappointing. I expected better from McAlister’s, and if they truly hold themselves to a higher standard, they’ll take a hard look at how their staff treats...

I still think it could be a couple to a few dollars less, but really that would be the only complaint if it's even a complaint at all. As I mentioned, the food quality was excellent.
Amanda, Braiden and Ainsley possess exemplary people skills and are in the right line of work. I'm sure that management recognizes this but it warranted a shout out. Now that I think about it, and I forgot to ask, Amanda seems like she's could be in management. Anyhow, all were highly professional, and customer service oriented. I live in Dallas, but I will return if I'm hungry and in...
Read moreOrdered 2 overpriced sandwiches waited 25 minutes before asking what the problem was. The manager was very nice and professional and offered to give a total refund which she did and still offered to give us the food we declined. There was way too many people working there stepping on each other. When there are more people working in the kitchen than customers in the dining area you have a problem. Counted 6 people working behind the counter and only 2 taking orders. I hope the best for this place but if things don’t change it will not make it 6 months. I did not try the food so I can’t say if it was...
