I commute to Houston every morning between 3:30am and 4:30am. This morning I pulled in around 3:55am. I was told their “24hour” location was closed until 4am. I asked if I could just wait by the speaker in the drive thru for 5 min until they opened. I was told no. I pulled around to the window to wait. I was told they were on a timer (even though they were closed) and I could not. I asked if I could wait at the curbside spot and was told yes. As soon as I pulled into that spot I see cars lining up at the drive thru (at least 6 of them). And they were taking orders and being served. I called while standing there watching and took photos. The manager said I could get in line. I asked why I was being pushed to back when I was first one there. He said they were closed when I got there but opened after I parked. I expressed my frustration that I could have waited and he said that would have gotten them in trouble as there’s a timer. Again. They were closed so what was being timed. He said they were busy now but I could get in line. I declined. Terrible communication and clearly not open 24hours.

Found hair in my Quarter Pounder, Maria was nice to replace, probably won’t come back to this McDonald’s also YALLS APP SUCKS. Tells me my code is invalid EVERY. SINGLE. TIME they wouldn’t let me buy anything from the second window when I forgot to order my drink at the first one, they said they can’t take my phone because it was a “liability” incase anything happens to it… as long as they aren’t CHUNKING my phone to the back window I’m pretty sure nothing will happen. I really dislike leaving bad reviews but the hair just reallly put me over the edge,

Curse words and ebonics included, I could not believe he was not running around with trying to get orders ready as long as the line was. Ridiculous customer service and time to get food. I am on my way to work and this was very unprofessional and unappreciated.

If you are looking for Luke warm food and bad service, this is the place for you!!I only give one star because no stars is not an option. I went on Saturday and asked that they make my food fresh. (made to order) I immediately noticed that the fries were like warm and asked for fresh fries. They told me in the drive through that the fries were fresh because they were busy... I sat at the window baffled that they didn't care that I was telling them that the fries were definitely not fresh and they didn't seem to care. I asked them if they had any actual fresh fries and they said that they had some that just came out. They handed me some new fries and I drove off. (My bad for not checking them before I left) I got down the road and realized that the fries were exactly the same as the first ones and that all of my food was Luke warm. (Cheese not even melted on the burgers) I called and asked to speak to a manager and explained to them that I was disappointed that I had specifically asked for fresh hot food and even after complaining (nicely) I still had food that I didn't want to eat and also explained my disappointment with the fact that no one cared, said they were sorry or tried to fix it. They gave me the same junk and sent me on my way. To my surprise the manager was apologetic and told me that they would replace the meal. I gave her my first and last name and told her that I didn't want to come back that night. She said she would put my name in the book, asked me to save my receipt and told me they would make sure to give me fresh hit food when I came back. I felt a little better. I went back on Sunday and went inside to make sure I could tell my story and hopefully get fresh food this time. As I was standing there watching her look through the book for my name, a guy comes up and asks for a large come holding a dollar and the guy at the cash register told him "dont worry about it" and gave him a cup without charging him. The manager comes back and says she is going to replace my food but was very short and it seemed like I was bothering her. I did not get any "we are sorry for your inconvenience" or anything and she was very short. She brought me my food and I asked her for the cup for my drink and she told me that they dont replace drinks on orders that they replace. When i told her that that upset me, she told me she was doing me a favor by replacing the meal in the first place because my name was not in the book. The food was hot this time but i did have to go back in to get the sauce that I had asked for and I ate my food without a drink because there was no way I was going to give them any more of my money after this experience. This is normal for this place and is not the first time I have had bad food and service, it's just the first time I have written a review. I dont usually write bad reviews but this was a bunch of nonsense. They will not get my money again!! Like I said, if you want some junk, and terrible service, you won't be...

Deer owner It is sad the way of people have gotten today especially with this McDonald's because I grew up here I used to work for the store back when I was a kid and it has changed considerably The service has gotten quite sad with some of the people that I have seen here. The food is not properly maintained or fixed I have brought this to different managers attentions and example you can look at the review tape as of this morning on 724-23 at 105 in the morning my ticket number is 1375 I came to the drive-thru got two hamburgers came back to the drive-thru to show the young lady that was no name tag the hamburger I said specifically asked for no ketchup I got the hamburger with nothing totally on it I came back through and explained to her that I needed mustard normal diced onions and a pickle or two on the hamburger as it is normally made that way. I showed her the hamburger they did not have anything that we had discussed when I came through the second time the burger was made and it had one pickle on it and hardly any mustard now I came to the drive-thru and explain that to her I showed the lady at the counter at the window and she kind of had an attitude like what what is the problem the second round she had an attitude and I just drove off I'm very discouraged with this McDonald's The people that you have got work in your kitchen I do believe or costing you money on the food that they throw away for a bunch of remakes

Another problem not able to get refills when I sit out side instead inside to eat . This is what I was told which is not right when I come...

the staff at this McDonald’s needs to have a meeting about respect and accountability. Customers are not always right but when you completely mess up a simple order and tell the customer “they ordered wrong” and had a consistent attitude is unacceptable in my eyes. Today my boyfriend and I went to McDonald’s, we ordered a number 1 (big Mac meal with a Dr.Pepper and a 20 piece chicken nugget with a sprite) as we pull up to the window it was immediate attitude and disrespect. As lesly was reading back our order she only asked if we got a large sprite and a medium coke (didn’t even read us our food) and we said no ma’am that’s not us. She then shook her head and said then what was your order. I lean over my boyfriend and say we had a Big Mac meal with a large Dr.Pepper and a 20 piece nugget with a large sprite. Immediate attitude ( That’s what I just said) lesly said. I said no ma’am you did not read us our food order all you said was the drinks and you also said medium coke not large dr.pepper. So then she rolls her eyes and looks at a co worker next to her and said get me a LARGE DR.PEPPER. and rudely shoved the food and drinks in my boyfriends face. after receiving our food we made sure it was right, and said thank you have a great day and she shuts the sliding door in our face without letting us finish talking. Overall worst experience I have ever had at any McDonald’s. And a meeting should be held to talk about the issues of respect, and accountability. If you can not treat a single customer with respect in a fast food industry do not apply for the job....
