Schlotzsky's — Restaurant in Willis

Waited 10 mins to order a to go order inside, finally the lady with glasses comes to take my order and wasnt in a good mood at all. Waited an additional 25 mins for my to go order of 2 sandwiches 2 soups and a cinnabon roll. In that time a couple came in about 5 mins after me and were screaming "hello" and everything and the lady made them wait 20 mins until she brought my order out to help them. They said "we almost left" and she said "yeah people do that sometimes" then took their order. Got home and I'm missing my cinnamon roll and toppings to my soups. Sorry but French onion soup is just onion broth without the cheese and bread. Called and told them they forgot all that and they said "well come back and get it then" and I said no I like my soup hot and live 15 mins one way, I'm not driving there 15 mins and back 15 mins and eating cold soup. So they just said next time you come in we will give you the cinnamon roll we forgot. And just said sorry about the soups. Worst location I ever went to. I'll drive 25 mins to Conroe versus 15 to willis location. Better customer service makes all the difference. We all make mistakes but the customer service was my breaking point. With the extreme wait times when it was dead empty NO CUSTOMERS not even in drive thru to hold up a simple order 25 mins and a lady to make people wait 10 to 20 mins to take orders. Unacceptable. In my 35 mins there for TO GO order. I coulda sat and ate somewhere for similar price and it woulda been right. I went and got to go for convenience but not again at this location will I...

My wife and I ate at Schlotzsky's for the 1st time......food was very good.......Service was VERY BAD......1) I asked for recommendations on their sandwiches.....I heard this phrase I don't know several times from a young girl......finally order a sandwich each and 2) We received the wrong change....I finally said just keep it for a tip......3) We received no order # MARKER for our table (unbeknown to me)....so the next table received our order........4) they "discovered" their mistake after WE TOLD THEM......they tried to just hand it to us at the ordering desk.......We said no thanks.....they have already opened up the sandwich with THEIR HANDS and we want a new one......5) the young girl looked ANNOYED like it was somehow our fault!......6) she finally brought out a table marker after about 5 more mintues....7) I was a little concerned if they were ACTUALLY GOING TO MAKE US NEW SANDWICHES so I stood up looking the back to make sure........(THIS IS A LOT OF FUN BY NOW).....8) I suggested to t he young lady as a courtesy she might offer some complimentary chips......SHE SAID she would have to ask her boss about that.....i said it is a small thing and who knows you might save a customer....9) she looked ANNOYED and I dropped the subject and by this time we were not even hungry anymore......FINALLY our order came and we just ate it and left..........10) the ATTITUDE OF THE EMPLOYEES was "whatever!" and needless to say we WILL NEVER COME...

Placed my order online. They called and said they had to cancel my order bc they didn’t have what I wanted. I placed my order at 8:30 and they close at 9PM. I live not even 10mins away. Got to the store and the doors were locked although they were still on open hours. They were rude. Told me that they were out of soups and flatbread and I couldn’t have my Tuscan sandwich, even though that’s ciabatta bread and not flatbread. So I asked if I could just a Fiesta Chicken and the response was “Pull to the window”. Which is what we initially did and they did not answer, again, during OPEN store hours. Thus, why we parked and found that the store had been locked BEFORE closing hours. Pulled to the window. No greeting or anything. Dirty looks from the closers and when the sandwich was finally ready they opened the drive-thru window and threw the bag at my fiancé, without words and closed it. Very rude. Just wanted my meal and ordered it still within enough time for things to be made and restaurant would’ve still been able to be cleaned and closed before 9PM. Have to say, this location sucks and the Conroe location will be my hub! Only good thing I have to say? I got my Fiesta Chicken sandwich. So, I suppose thank you for...
