Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Williston

I give it zero stars for this experience. Wife and I waited 25 - 30 minutes for a table. While we waited I used the rest room. As I walked through the restaurant I noticed it was about half full. When we were seated the waitress took our drink order. At that time we ordered our meals, being we had 25 minutes already to look at the menu. 5 minutes later we had our drinks and the waitress said "your order is in, everything is all set." She never came back to the table again. For the next 30 minutes we watched as tables around us received repeated visits by their own waitress bringing basket after basket of chips and drinks then meal. They walked by and looked at us and our empty table numerous times. The only time I saw ours is when she served a bowl of soup to another table then return to pick it up as they had not ordered it. After 30 minutes of this the final straw was watching the family of 4 that sat down 10 minutes after us get their meals served to them, after receiving drinks, chips, chips again, appetizers, then meal. I ordered the new smokehouse combo plate with a half rack of ribs, 3 chicken strips, a corn on the cob, a piece of garlic bread, fries & pickles (which was $16.99 because they add $2 if you want ribs as one of your meat choices)! The ribs were awful, im a huge fan of ribs and this is by far the worst I've ever had! The chicken strips were rock hard batter with hardly any chicken at all! The garlic bread was rock hard and the corn on the cob was all shriveled (and came without any butter that i had asked for). My fiance ordered a fajita skillet dinner and it was cold, it wasn't sizzling at all when they finally brought it out. It was basically a skillet full of onions, he got a few green pepper strips, 4 tiny pieces of beef and 4 tiny pieces of chicken. It took a very long time for us to even order, then a long wait for our drinks (which i had to ask for a glass of ice water several times and 45 mins into the night i finally got my water)! Eating in is great, but ordering online is a whole other story. I wish they'd serve food the same as they do in person. I'm not sure if this is done on purpose, but it really ruins the experience for us and makes us not want order from here, in person and online. Sometimes we can't even eat the food because it just isn't as good as it is at the restaurant. For an example, in person the chili Philly had a decent amount of meat, veggies, cheese. When we ordered it online it had very very little meat, some veggies and just enough cheese. The sandwich was mostly bread, and it tasted terrible. Other dishes just isn't as flavorful and portions are a lot less. Fries is something that they barely give enough of too. I don't understand why this has always been the issue with ordering online, but we wish it wasn't an issue. Sometimes we don't have the energy to cook and we rely on this location for food, but the portions are not enough as they don't serve as much as they do when you visit in person. We love the food when we visit but when we order take out, it takes away from how great the experience is...
