Worst Birthday Dinner ever!!! (1-29-21) Our Waitress was nice at first, I had ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup and pickles I wanted it when I was getting ready to leave but she bought it out before I got my food, they put it in such a big to go container the burger fell apart! I also ordered the lava cake but I wanted it when I was finished with my food, ( I ordered the Brown sugar bacon burger, and it was very good!) but she bought it out to me when I only had 2 bites of my burger, by time I got done with my food it was very hard! My mom ordered the pasta and it was so greasy it made my mom sick! The waitress asked my mom if she wanted a To go container and my mom told her no and told her, her food was greasy and even showed her how much grease there was in her pasta and she said it was from the cheese but there was hardly any cheese in her pasta, Our waitress walked away mad and said she was going get her Manager but her manager never came! She also said that she was going to take the pasta off my bill But took it off my brothers bill instead knowingly that my mom was on my bill, and she Continued to tell me that there was nothing that she could do to take it off of my bill because she had already took it off my brothers bill! Worst service ever! I will never return, the whole day was...

SO THIS IS MY FOURTH VISIT HERE. The first three times were fabulous. SO I WAS HERE A LITTLE WHILE BACK AND I POSTED A FIVE-STAR REVIEW BECAUSE THEY THAT HERE AT THIS RESTAURANT. TODAY THOUGH ON THE 20TH OF JUNE I CAME HERE AND ORDERED.... THE APPLE WOOD BACON AND FAJITA CHICKEN SALAD. Unfortunately it was sub par. First of all there was no bacon on my salad, there was also no flavor to the "fajita chicken". The waitress and manager were amazing. The waitress took the food back and I received a new salad immediately manager brought it to me. Unfortunately the first time I got my salad it looked beautiful. This time it looked like somebody had swiped the salad from one plate to the other. Which was very disappointing there was a tiny little bit more bacon, much less cheese than my first one and there was still no flavor still no bacon to speak of also the black beans and corn we're really not there either and it was very disappointing. Also the bread unfortunately somebody put it in the fryer.... fried bread just doesn't taste right. On the other hand my girlfriend got a apple pecan salad that was outstanding I mean fabulous.

I've enjoyed coming here three times previously and every time it was amazing so.... I can't complain about the...

When we arrived we were told 15 to 20 minute wait which was no problem. It was our son's 18th Birthday and we wanted to have a special family dinner. My son ordered a steak with parmesan noodles and a bread stick. We also ordered steak and chicken fajitas, 2 Kids mac and cheese with fries and a chicken salad and bacon sandwich and a couple appetizers. The best part of the meal was the fire shrimp and cheese curds. The potatoes skins were burnt on the outside and starchy in the middle. This was served 30 minutes after being seated. Our entrees didn't arrive for another 40 minutes. During this time we watched as several tables were seated, served and left. We only remained there because our kids, otherwise we would have left at this point. Once our meals arrived, we had to send the steak back because it was rare and he ordered medium rare. The mac and cheese was dried out and the chicken was dry and hard. The steak, what little there was in the fajitas was burnt. Sadly what was to be a wonderful birthday meal, my son said it was the worst food he has ever eaten. Our total ticket was $117. I did speak with with a manager who refunded $67 of the meal, however, after our experience I will never eat...
