Used to enjoy the friendly service you received at the drive through in the morning. Do not appreciate the discourteousness of the individual with red hair who has been working the window. I understand this is fast food, but Chick-Fil-A has always been about friendly customer service. This girl, not so much. Last week, while giving my order, I began to provide the condiment I wanted, when she abruptly interrupted and informed me that I would be asked again at the window. Well it was not asked again and guess who took the order? The irritable red head. luckily I reminded this impetuous individual about the rest of the order, not an apology, but not a big deal either and I was willing to let it pass. Today, when I handed her cash instead of inserting a card, she rolled her eyes and had to put down the card reader, I apparently disrupted the Chick-Filet-A assembly line! She took the cash and then stated “now I have to go wash my hands”... Which I thought, good for you! I was fine with added wait time and understand we have pandemic going on, but why is she not wearing gloves to begin with? There is no need to roll the eyes. A final demonstration of impoliteness is while she is handing me the tray of food out the window... Bitter Red proceeds to whisper to another employee, and as they both laugh she states out loud “Is that rude of me?” Well yes, it was rude of you, so check your attitude at the door, your serving people fast food and have Sunday off. You are not making corporate or life and death decisions... It’s the service industry. Work on your...
Read moreWent through the drive thru tonight 10 minutes before closing. I had the best fast food experience I’ve received in my entire life. The staff working tonight was more than wonderful and very sweet and kind hearted. I had a really rough night tonight and I wanted to stop by to grab some chick-fil-a last minute to make me feel better. I told Jason, the guy who was ringing up my order that I wanted the number one with a lemonade and he saw I was physically upset and offered me a strawberry milkshake for free and then proceeded to give me my entire meal for free on him and wished I feel better. I gave him a fist bump, he was more than awesome to me. Driving up to the window, I had a great experience too. The staff was fast and very catering and saw I was upset too and gave me a free brownie. I almost cried again. They all really made my entire night a lot better than what it was. I hope everyone, especially Jason, gets a big slap on the back for their work tonight, especially considering it was 10 minutes before closing. Chick-fil-a in Mayfaire, I can’t thank you enough. Will be coming back more often. You guys are...
Read moreok, I have had enough!
a few weeks ago, chickfila missed putting a $10 salad on a drivethrough order, they credited me on the app and gave me 4 weeks to use it, which has now expired. Shame on me for not checking and rechecking the order prior to driving away.
ordered grilled nuggets and received fried nuggets, huge hassle to get this fixed, was asked to pay more, which I had no problem doing but I thought it was a bit rude, had to wait for grilled, super annoying
left off utensils and a tea from a catering order
Lastly I ordered 2 egg white grill sandwiches and a chicken burrito this morning, received an egg white grill with no cheese but added a tomato (it tasted terrible) a sausage burrito and a chicken burrito. Someone somewhere is getting 2 delicious and normal egg white grills while I should just throw my entire order in the trash.
These are just the Mayfaire location recent screwups, there are also more screwups from the Portersneck location not mentioned here. Come on, I expect this from Mcdonalds or Wendys, not from Chickfila when I spend $50+ on a...
