Wingstop — Restaurant in Wilmington

I have been to Wingstop a few times. I was happy to go to this location in Wilmington, Delaware, until I saw the problems at this place. I did not have a problem with the food here. The hot wings I ordered, with fries, were great. My problem was my wait time, listening to music that wasn't even remotely easy listening, and having nowhere to throw my trash out. My wait time was 35 minutes. A lot of people were picking up orders, to be fair. In spite of this, I do think the staff could have gotten my order, and others' orders out faster if they were better organized. I had a problem with the rap music being played. While I normally support businesses playing what most of their customers want to hear, this was not just alternative music. The rap had cursing, and racial slurs. For private listening, that's fine. For a business, I don't think that's appropriate. I had no trash cans to throw my finished food in, which I thought was ridiculous. While most people get takeout, what about me, and the other few people who dine in sometimes? Since I'm a neat freak, I didn't just leave my lunch on my table, for the staff to pick it up. I threw my eaten food out in one of Shop Rite's trash cans, next to Wing Stop. To sum this up, while my lunch was great, the service, and atmosphere need improvement. I had gone here with my sister and my nephew and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Wingstop. It took 10 minutes of waiting for someone to even clock in and think about taking our order and then just because I asked for extra ranch one of the girls looked at me weird probably given to the fact that I am a plus size person, not to mention the music that they were playing on their phones over the speakers of the store was so loud. I couldn’t even hear my sister talking to me all the employees stay in the back and just talked. I didn’t care to give us any mind while trying to order and then when I had to go back to ask for some thing, every single employee who was there which was about 5 to 7 different people were all outside out the back, laughing and smoking as I could see through the cracked door all the way from the front this location needs to get an entirely new employee crew and work on better job etiquette and customer service. I will never shop here again or support this location. I have been dealing with this store since it first opened and every delivery order I had was something wrong with it. Today I placed in order on door dash at this location for the " New crispy tenders 2 for me " combo which by the way is false advertisement and waste of money. Nothing about these tenders were different or crispy , the fries were poorly handled none of my food was freshly made or cooked to order especially THESE FRIES. THEY gave me old fries with seasoning , I also ordered Corn which was missing in my bag. Was supposed to receive two things of ranch also and got NONE. when I called they didn't assist me. They are just terrible , I'm tired of dealing with it and wasting my money on this company who obviously doesn't care for their customers it's truly sad because people talk very highly of them just for you to find out yourself it's a disappointment.
