Burger King — Restaurant in Wilson

I went there yesterday around noon and was waiting for an email back as requested-more than 24 hours ago and still nothing. I was going to see how this was going to be resolved before writing a review but clearly their customer relationship means nothing to them. THIS is how I got my food. First off the chicken fries were soft, not hard and crunchy like they normally are. The first chicken fry I bit into you could tell was a little undercooked, it was like stringy but still white and done enough that it won’t hurt anyone. This was the second one. I bit into it and felt the crunch of biting into it being UNDERCOOKED. I immediately looked, gagged and spit it out, I’m 6 months pregnant so it took everything in me not to throw up You can clearly tell their grease needs to be changed with the amount of crumbs of who knows what on the fries. I ordered a lemonade and was told they were out so I got a sprite, but okay whatever that’s the only thing that tasted good from that meal. When we got there they didn’t have many cars in the parking lot, there was only 2 people in front of us in the drive thru so they didn’t need to rush they were NOT busy. I cannot give this establishment any stars at all. My experience here will speak for it. I ordered my food online to be picked up at the drive thru. When I got there I was told "I'll be right there". Seven minutes passed and I said "hello" to the speaker and I was answered "I'll be there". After five minutes I tried to get somebody's attention by telling them I've been waiting for the order for the last 15 minutes. An angry voiced told me that I am being rude and that they a lot of customers inside. Then another angry voice of a man this time telling me to leave if I cannot wait and again calling me rude. I was going to leave but another car was at the window. When it was my turn I told them about my order. Again I was called rude and and I was told they are not filling my order. The man even threaten to call the police on me. I just drove away and I told my 15 year old son I'm sorry he will have to witness this kind of attitude from a establishment that is supposed to be nice when giving service to customers. I told him we will not be back...

My cheese burger was stale. The bun and the patty. I was already on the road and didn't have time to turn bank. I was very hungry. I love Burger King. But i hate when y'all hire people who serve food they wouldn't be pleased with themselves. How do you serve something to someone you would not eat nor serve your family and friends? Such a shame the this indecency remains. Management is at fault for not caring enough to hire people who care. My mother worked at Burger King when i was a child. During the summer i went with her and this woman took pride in what she did and did everything by the book. She knew all three temperatures and all wait time all that. never ever did she serve anyone food she would not serve her baby girl.. She was instructed to apply the 5 second rule which she never did.
