Waited about an approx. an hour for 2 $7 luxe boxes... in which they had to entirely re-make because they gave me the wrong boxes to begin with! I get that they get busy but! there is no excuses for getting every single car order/in-lobby order WRONG. The phone was ringing as I was standing in line to retrieve my 2nd go round, re-make/replacement order & the gal working there told them that their 'correct' order was still there from however long ago & asked if they could posssibly come and pick it up ... Wow... Just. Mind Blown ... Now mind you that the time is now midnight or maybe even a little later at this point. With about 10 people in line and about a handful of cars in the drive-thru every single person's order incl. DoorDash orders were totally wrong or missing and incorrect ... It was just a huge mess & freaking nightmare !! I was so hungry .. and unfortunately, poor ole me, by the time I got my corrected replaced luxe box I ate 1 thing from it and then couldn't eat anymore I just instantly became un-hungry for Taco Bell and my cravings went obsolete :( && to think I was soo hype about getting Taco Bell on my drive there ... Just to wait an hour, get the wrong food and then not even want to eat it at that point in time, it was so late and the food was cold and not all that tasty to me. It was an upsetment to say the least .. it will be awhile before I head my ass back to Taco Bell .. or well at least, that Taco...
   Read moreThis particular restaurant is terrible. The employees are SO rude and not once have I both had something wrong with my order. Literally every single time the screw it up, which is hard to believe because we are talking about tacos for crying out loud. The service sucks and the food is definitely sub-par, not to mention they take forever to even get your order to you. Don't go there if your in a hurry, be prepared to spend 10+minutes in the drive through, more if there's anyone in front of you. As far as food goes, they even mess up simple tacos. They either miss something on the order or give you your order with someone else's also in your bag. And they don't just miss one taco, one time they forgot half my order. And when you call them out on your screwed up order, they roll there eyes and just put your food to the side and finish with the other drive through orders then deign to fix yours. By that time your entire order rid wrong and at times they STILL get your order wrong. When they screw up don't think they'll do anything to try to make you happy, like coupons or other food, they don't. They have some if the worst customer service and are poorly trained. The staff nor the management couldn't care less about their performance. Don't go here, unless you are prepared for a bad experience....

This is my local local spot. It doesn't matter that Taco Bell food makes me sick half the time I eat it. This has nothing to do with this spot or anyone who works here. Like most people in my neighborhood, they've been nothing but good to me.
All the times I've hit this drive-thru at all hours, they have not once messed up my order. Not even with a line around the building. I've literally seen this place run like a well oiled machine. As someone in middle management, but in a much different setting.... respecc to the managers here.
The big bonededed dude with the dreads who works the drive-thru speaker and window at night is soooooo funny. You know who I'm talking about? Like i literally love that dude, he's hilarious, and had brightened up some of my darkest days, if even only for a minute.
Speaking of that dude, I saw him walking to work the other day. I was heading the other way, and had somewhere to be, but I wanted to turn around to offer him a ride to work so bad.
Come on Taco Bell, please do not let such an integral and critical component of your team walk to work. Get this guy a Baja Blast logo wrapped...
