UPDATE: originally I gave four stars to the old review below but it definitely needs an update, I went there for lunch today around 1:00 p.m., Thank God it wasn't busy cuz I don't know what they would have done had there been a line. when I pulled up there was one car at the window, two people in front of me waiting to place their order, I don't know if they were short-staffed or what was going on inside but they literally took and completed one order at a time before they would take another order, we all sat there and watched them give the food to the first vehicle, take the order of the second vehicle, the second vehicle pulled up and got their food, and that's only when he would help the next car at the speaker, I thought that can't be right but sure enough when I got to the speaker I waited and waited until the car in front of me got their food and left before he would even take my order. I'm not sure if this is how they're trying to get their cars through smoothly but it was definitely a train wreck. AND GUESS WHAT, MIDDAY, AND NO SHAKE OR SLUSHIES ONCE AGAIN?

The worst Checkers in Broward County,fl. Here why I say that, my sister went there one night and the Manager and employees was sitting around on their phone. And didn't even take my sister order. All of them are snobby, ugly rachet, uneducated black people. Anyway that's when my sister knock on the window so they can take her order and the black ugly manager was like "unt unt dey juh cane be opening up people wind note like dat" and then she rudely closed the window in my sister face. My sister knock on the window again and explain that she been waiting for about 10 minutes and that nobody came to take her order. So the THOT started arguing with my sister. So my sister got fed up with the drama and asked to speak to the Manager and then the THOT replied " I'm the Manager, with 9 different baby daddy and my boyfrann that I'm supporting is on house arrest" So that's when I contacted the HQ and told them what happened and they didn't do nothing. Reading the reviews going back a year, I see this is pointless other than to warn customers to go to another location or different franchise altogether. I ordered a cheeseburger through the drive thru. Get to the window and paid and the girl working the drive thru looked at me like I handed her wet money or something. I get down the street to realize it was missing the key ingredient, cheese. No biggie , just went back and used the walk up station to explain. The girl working the drive thru literally stared me in the face as I’m standing there and turned around to ‘pretend’ to do other things. It’s as though I was bothering her just by being there. After finally acknowledging me she insisted it was what I ordered even telling me I ordered the cheeseburger. I had to explain that it was wrong because it didn’t have cheese. After insisting I go to the pickup window, she literally threw my order out the order window where I was just standing. No “ sorry for the mistake” or “ here’s yours order”.
