Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Winchester

Yesterday we ordered 2 pizzas from here, which was the first time we've been here, I ordered over the phone for a carry out order, arriving to pick up they were just getting ready to take out of oven so I had to wait for a couple of minutes, which was fine, while waiting I noticed that one gentleman was training 3 people to make the pizzas, etc, I just want to say that I thought he was handling everything very well, unfortunately I didn't catch anyone's names, but I sincerely hope that the Domino's franchise gives this gentleman the recognition that he is deserves. He was a great trainer and leader. When we got home the pizzas were excellent as well. Didn't give 5 stars because the pizzas were pricey, but that is no fault to the workers. This place has gone downhill and pretty fast. Ever since the turn of the year it's been hit and miss with this location. More misses than anything more. There's a little dude that works there. I believe he's the GM. Bearded with South Park tattoos. He doesn't seem to take pride in his job or what he puts out. God forbid you ask for extra sauce, you'll get lite sauce. There are a few employees that seem to care (a couple guys and one woman) but it's just not enough anymore. This has been my preferred location for years but I'm choosing Berryville AVE from now on.

This Dominos is spotless! Great pizzas and awesome staff. Tonight was super busy and I witnessed a customer get really upset and mouthy because she waited at the counter to pick up her order. She wasn’t even there 30 seconds and gave a staff member a bad attitude. Totally unacceptable. The employee kept her cool and was very polite and respectful during the encounter. I got up to the counter and the service was exceptional! Asked if there was anything else I needed and apologized for the wait. But the wait really wasn’t long and it was clearly posted on the screen. I chose to order when I arrived so I knew it wouldn’t be ready immediately, especially on a Thursday night.
