Dunkin' — Restaurant in Winchester

I go there every morning and every morning my coffee is cold or I have to wait while they make a new pot because they know that what they have there is cold. It's no secret to anyone who works there, I come in there every morning and at just about the same time. So, I'm gonna try Starbucks for awhile to see if their coffee is hot and ready when I buy it because I'm getting tired of this waiting or it being cold almost everyday! Every since you all changed over to full service it's done nothing but gotten worse! Also, please throw away your metal pots because there nothing but junk and won't keep the coffee hot for no longer than 15 minute's if that! If you'd just use one glass decaf carafe then I'd have hot coffee every morning I came in because before you changed to the all metal junk I never had...

Awful Customer Service. Asked for a iced coffee with caramel, sugar and CREAM. was only given it with caramel and sugar. The lady at the window made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by asking to fix it. The lady grabbed the drink out of my hand that she had already given me and took it back to fix it. Once the drink was given back to me it wasn't mixed together, no new drink was made, and there was cream dripping down all over the sides of the cup. Then it was an even more inconvenience to ask for a straw to be able to drink my iced coffee. My drink just tastes like half of it was dumped out for them to be able to put some cream in it. every time i come here i really wish i hadn’t. one of the slowest places you could ever go to on purpose, you have to set aside 30 minutes in the drive thru every time even if there’s no line!? anyway they get my coffee order wrong even though it’s on the menu with nothing added. they didn’t have any doughnuts today he said NONE. and he “didn’t have time” to give us a refund and just said to just use the app, when the app doesn’t even give you a refund option. waited 25 minutes to get nothing i’m so tired of this place. definitely never ever coming back learnt my lesson for my last time and going to starbucks down the street even though it’s more money....
