McDonald's — Restaurant in Winchester

This place is busy non-stop! But they lack in customer service. I'm standing at the counter needing to pay but keep getting ignored. They have these kiosks that take cash but it wasn't working, I tried to pay with my card but that didn't work either. While I'm trying to be patient someone comes inside saying she wanted a refund because she's been waiting for over an hour outside (she said they asked her to pull up but never went out to take her the food she paid for), she said this so loud the next county prob could hear her lol. She got ignored as well. Then she went behind the counter and demanded to speak to a manager. The manager grabbed her by the arm and pulled her back to the customer area and said ever so politely "what can I help you with" Lady told her what was going on. The manager said "I'll get you your meal right now. The lady said " No, you had your chance. Now I'm late for work. Just give me my money back so I can go explain to my boss why my McDonalds trip took so long" The manager said " well you can come back tomorrow to get you your food". The lady looked at her with much confusion and said" do u speak english? I said I want my money back. I'm never coming back here again and I'll let everyone I know about this to do they don't get pissed off how I am right now. I was in a very good mood when I went on break and now I'm going back pissed off and with a upset stomach thanks to you. So get me my money back so I can get in with the rest of my day". The manager tried to butt her way into her speaking but the customer didn't let that happen. But the managers next words surprised everyone. The manager said... Are u ready for this.... The manager said, you don't have to come back tomorrow you can come back whenever you'd like. I'll put it into the book that you'll get your meal free". The lady was so heated her face turned red, u could see sweat beads forming in her forehead and she blew up! Another 'manager' I think came out handed the lady some money and said for her to try to have a better day. The lady didn't even say anything she just turned and left and so did all the other customers who were standing there. Which was about 8 people. One group of 4 too just came in as everyone was walking out. I couldn't hear what they said to her but they left too.... So so so sad they put a bunch of money into those kiosk things instead of having a human take the orders and having good customer service. All those machine things did was take away from the...

This has to be the worst McDonald's in Nevada. My order is wrong every single time I go. I only went because it's 2 blocks from the house. The last 10 visits ..... 10 orders wrong. This is not an exaggeration. I travel to the one on Sunset and McLeod now. Much more of a drive but atleast my order is right, food is hot, and not any rude workers in the drive through. Everytime I try and order a cone... the Machine is down. The Owner should really do a secret shopper for a week straight . I can guarantee this...if you go there ...your order will be wrong much much more than it is right..or you're missing a burger or 2. Not a sauce in sight for your nuggets even when u ask for it. It's just not me that this happens to. My family members went yesterday and didn't check the bag until they got home...2 burgers missing, not 1 sauce for nuggets...they said they didn't check because the worker said it was in there. If this wasn't a McDonald's, it would have went out of business a long time ago. To top it off, the workers absolutely are as horrible as the food. Not a friendly smile in sight. When you say thank you when you get your food and it's followed by a Mmmmhmmm..like you're annoyed ....just one instance of multiple. I would have to write book.if you've been to this McDonald's and experience this every single time. Please leave a response. I want the Area GM or owner to see this .I Never ever waste my time on reviews like this but after 20-30 tries to eat there...How you gonna run out of Ice cream on Grimaces Birthday for Pete's sake!! Ugh. I ordered 2 - Double Filet o fish sandwiches No cheese. Plain. Tarter sauce on the side. The young lady got off the register & told prep staff to make them Plain w/tarter sauce on the side. Instead of what I ordered....I got 2 Single Filet of fish sandwiches with cheese on them. Bc girl on register put in the 2 for $5 menu. That was ok. But I told her I know there's a $1.20 charge for Each extra fish fillet on Each sandwich. That is ok. So why did I not get what I ordered? Perhaps young lady on register didn't know that u can order extra separate f o f patties! Manager came out. I said could u please totally remake my sandwiches & Not just scrape off the cheese which just happened at a nearby mcd's? I was nice about it. I told him what I had ordered & that I Knew there was an extra charge of $1.20 for each Extra f o f patty. He got Nasty with me saying There's an extra charge for the extra fof fillet which WE DID NOT CHARGE U FOR!!! I said I just told u I knew that so why r u telling me that Again? U act like I'm trying to get 2 Extra fof patties free!!! I am not. I just told u when I ordered my order I told cashier exactly what I wanted which was: 2 fof sandwiches with an Extra fof patty on Each one. And I know there's a charge of $1.20 for Each fof extra patty. Each sandwich plain - no cheese. No tarter sauce on them. Only tarter sauce on the side. Then he got Nasty with cashier young lady that gad put my order in. Ugh... My patience was...
