When I arrived at 11:05 p.m., they hadn't started my order, and I had to endure a thirty minute wait. The staff didn't start making my order until after my pickup time of 11:15 pm, which defeated the purpose of placing an order over three hours in advance! I got processed like a walk-in order instead of a pickup order.
