While I may be bias in my ratings as this is one of my favorite, if not the favorite, pizza spot. Used to work in cities closer to DC and they’re common out there yet Winc just got this location not too long ago. Just like every other location I’ve tried, the food is consistent, staff is friendly and works very efficiently, and the most important part: the food is ALWAYS delicious and never skimpy on ingredients, sauces, anything that makes the meal that much better. When I saw they only had a 3.8 rating I was floored until I read the reviews and I don’t think ppl realize how stupid and hypocritical they are. One lady has had great experience after another, has ONE bad one, and takes a 5-star to a 1-star not considering it’s a newer location and it’s employed by humans, not perfection robots. Another had the Food at 5, Service at 3, and Atmosphere at 3 (so 3.66 avg) and gives it a 2 star overall 🤦🏻♂️ genuinely hope ppl reading the reviews before trying are able to realize how stupid some of these scores are or how hypocritical their reviews are. Wish Google would let customers respond to reviews by others and ask questions or vote that the review is unfair/makes no sense/or even for the wrong (I’ve seen it 🤦🏻♂️). Thank you to all the employees here! Yall do a great job and I’m sorry some locals have the IQ of roadkill squirrels. I’d also like to note that EVERY review that has to do with a negative experience, incorrect order, or simply makes no sense but have low scores ALL don’t say anything about calling the location and giving them a chance to make it right. Paisano’s prob doesn’t even know there’s an issue with these orders until there’s a negative review posted. It is ONLY fair that you give a company a chance to correct or make the situation right before leaving negative feedback. Yes, they may not get a 5-star, as they shouldn’t if there’s a real, LEGIT issue but as all these reviewers act like they simply don’t ever make mistakes or have a slip up in quality at their job. We’re all human and should be more understanding with each other regardless if it’s a Fortune 500 company or a small food truck barely doing a couple hundred in sales a day. Read moreFirst time ever visiting Paisanos in Winchester, VA...it was announced during the government shutdown that Paisanos would be giving government employees free personal pizza..Upon entering the store i asked Heather (unknown last name) about the offer and she was beyond RUDE! I asked for a receipt she yelled at me and coworker and told us that offer was only for DC area, i attempted to tell her the announcement stated ALL Paisanos and she walked away and told assistant manager Andrew that my colleague and myself cursed her. This was a total lie. It was bad enough that the government shutdown has us seeking offers as such so that we can eat, but to be treated in such a cold and deceitful manner was out right hateful. We made our complaint to Andrew (asst manager) he stated he would talk to her and Mr. Andrew did honor Paisanos original offer to feed furloughed government workers. Read moreI have ordered from this place a number of times and have always had great service but after tonight I am done. So I ordered online and only had cash. They stopped using the cash option online and I did not know that. I had used my points before I knew. I called the Winchester store to see if I could use my points for an phone order and she said no. I asked if my points would be returned to me bc the balance said zero. All she kept saying was that I could not use the points this time. I told her that she did not understand what I was saying after getting frustrated I just hung up and we ordered from Italian Touch.
