Rosen Club — Restaurant in Winchester

We went there pretty late due to arriving in Vegas late.. stayed there for about 2 to 3 hours, and they pretty much kicked us out due to closing hours. We had 5 to 6 bottles ($300 per bottle for locals and $400 per bottle each for non residents) and tipped $400 to $500 per person.. plus $100 for madam and $100 for each waiter. So do the math. Was turned away at the door. Told this was a private club with private membership and I asked how to get a membership and was given no answer.
