The hotel room and facilities are very clean, staff is friendly and helpful, the game room is small and only had one pool table, there's a small fitness center, and two barbecue grills (right by the entrance of the hotel/pool area), & there's a decent sized pool. WARNING: 1.There is no night swimming - they close the pool at exactly 6 pm - who does that, especially during summer? We've stayed at many different hotels and resorts, and NONE ever had pools close that early. If you have kids or plan to swim in the evening, you might want to look elsewhere as you will be disappointed. 2. SMOKING AREA is right by the pool and right by the garage entrance. If you are not a smoker, this is really another big issue. Why would you place the smoking area right next to the pool and by the parking garage elevator? We've inhaled second-hand smoke the whole time we were by the pool, and every time we walked to the parking garage. Please relocate the somking area away from the pool and away from the garage entrance. Have the smokers stay by the garbage area (they smell like garbage anyway). HOTEL ROOMS: If all you're after is a nice place to crash this place is excellent- the one bedroom suites are great. It is very clean, it comes with a pull out sofa/bed, a kitchen with a full sized refrigerator, a stove top, a dishwasher, a microwave, a washer/dryer, a coffee maker, and everything basic. PARKING: There's a parking garage adjacent to the hotel so there's plenty of parking. Located away from but near the strip, so if you want some peace and quiet but close enough to the action, this hotel should be on your list.

Would absolutely love to stay here again! Rooms were pristine and equipped with all the typical bathroom/shower essentials. My husband and I stayed in a 2 bed room with kitchen nook with everything you could need to make a small breakfast and coffee in the room. Gorgeous view of the STRAT from our window. The room we stayed in was a connecting room, so I could hear whenever my neighbor was talking on the phone. But I just turned on TV. They have a great convenience store by the lobby where you can order hot food and coffee. They have everything you can think of, I was throughly impressed. They even have a modest selection of wine/beer/spirits. (Bottle opener and glasses were in the room) Free Wi-fi, TV was large and pretty easy to connect your phone for YouTube and Hulu. I was able to connect my laptop with a bit of finagling and a hdmi cable in the back of TV. Did not use pool/jacuzzi but they had lifeguards there during open hours. Kept very clean. Parking was included in our stay which was amazing! (They were charging $50 for non guests during annual SEMA event) Easy <10 min walk to the monorail to get you to the strip! Not far walk to Sahara or Westgate casinos. Room turndown was completed daily(unless you use do not disturb sign), although I had a hard time figuring out what time they come, one day it was 10:30am another it was 4:30pm when I was getting ready for dinner. Staff was super friendly and asked if I needed anything (towels, coffee) when I declined servicing.

I have stayed at numerous hilton properties and this one was really started out bad and left me unhappy. We stayed 2 nights in a one bedroom suite, checked in around 8pm. The room was ready, high floor, looks good at first glance. We ran out to get dinner and when we got back, I went to take a bath and it had not been cleaned. There was hair and grime, it was bad. I tried to talk to the front desk and the night auditor didn't get that the room wasn't cleaned before check in. Tried to argue with me that the room doesn't get daily cleanings which I knew. I expect a clean room when I check in. House keeping took care of the tub the next day but we are halfway through our stay. The shower water wasn't hot and dripped when off. I didn't even ask them to try to fix. I just spent a week in fort bragg camping and the showers were hotter than at the hotel. The Cafe is nice and had Starbucks coffee. They have outdoor grills. Our unit had a full kitchen. The pool was under renovation but they had access to pools at other properties if you wanted. There was a game room with pool table and stuff for kids. Overall if our room had been clean and functional we would have had a great stay. Interacting with guest services left a lot to be desired. We won't stay at this property in the future. In case it matters, we are a timeshare owner for hgvc so that doesn't help yield a better experience.

Let me preface by saying this was my first time in Vegas. We stayed for a week. We came beacause of the "free hotel stay promised by Hilton" .... because the stay was only 4 nights we stayed at the Mandalay Bay for the first 3 nights... then moved to the Hilton. We checked in that morning (another couple booked with also). This was NOT what we expected I'll break it down with our experience: LOCATION SUCKS... it's at the far end of the strip.. look outside and you will see lots of homeless people walking around.. we were afraid to walk outside at night.

AMENITIES- INADEQUATE We were given a discount card to use at locations nearby...go figure- the only discounts crossed out and unavailable were the ones at this hotel... it was July 2021 and they claimed everything (pool, spa and gym) was closed due to COViD well all the other hotels were open and guests can enjoy the amenities.

FOOD - upon check in I asked about food. They referred me to the market where everything was overpriced. A small bowl of strawberries were $9.50!!! They knew they didn't have a restaurant so could charge anything they wanted especially because the hotel was so far from everything 🙄... I asked for cooked food ...the bellman gave me directions that landed me ACROSS THE STREET TO ANOTHER HOTEL...

APPEARANCE- the rooms were clean but really lack luster. Maybe something for a family but nothing that screams Vegas at all..

STAFF - everyone was nice and helpful. Overall we were so disappointed that within an hour of checking in we decided to book somewhere else. We couldn't get a refund and didn't care because staying here would've ruined our vacation 😒 So we actually had 2 rooms at the same time.

TOUR REWARD - don't be fooled when they said you will get $$ after taking the tour. It's not cash it's voucher towards a Hilton hotel (with TONS OF EXCLUSIONS) ...Not to mention you have 6 months to use it ... so for us it was $100 off but after that stay they couldn't pay me to do another tour. Plus all the hotels were more than that so it wouldn't have amounted to 1 night ... it's a SCAM

You think - this is Hilton so how bad could it be. Well this one was NOT a great impression for me. This is nothing against the brand itself because we've stayed at beautiful Hilton resorts- THIS IS NOT THAT... But again the place...

I've stayed at this resort many times in the past so I can offer an opinion on this hotel and their changes over the years. I stayed here a few weeks ago.

First of all, the parking is a nightmare compared to what it used to be. We used to be able to park at the parking lot across from the hotel and walking to the hotel from that lot was a breeze. Now we're forced to park at the parking garage and parking takes ten times longer. And on top of that the direct entrance into the hotel was closed during certain times in the day and I had to drive all the way towards the Westgate entrance just to get into the parking lot. And then I had to convince the parking attendant that I was staying at the HGV and not Westgate so that I wouldn't be charged for parking, but they would constantly not believe me. I had to deal with all of this mess every single day. This new way of parking is just so inefficient especially since I have elderly seniors and small kids that I was travelling with. So a parking job that used to take 2 mins now takes 20 mins. So stupid.

Then we have the issue with the unsafe hotel internet. I was given a password to access the internet but it turns out the hotel internet was just a plain open, non-password protected internet. So the password I was given was useless and not even relevant when accessing this hotel internet. Any kind of open non-password protected internet is a big no-no especially when I have to do secure activities and a password protected internet is needed. Any scammer could easily log onto that open internet and access your data and any kind of account and password information for a variety of things that you do on your computer with a non-password protected internet. So I didn't feel safe whatsoever when using the hotel internet.

The food at the lobby convenience store has also gotten much more expensive and the quality isn't what it used to be. And they expect you to tip when you buy items. I went there once and never again.

The positive is that the cleaning crew and front desk staff were all amazing. And it's a good resort to stay at if you want a more quieter stay away from the strip. But there are some negatives about this hotel that just made my stay just more hectic than it...

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Grand Vacations Club Parafis Resort in Las Vegas, and I cannot sing its praises enough. From the moment I stepped foot into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality that set the tone for the rest of my stay.

The resort's location couldn't be more ideal for those looking to experience the vibrant energy of the Las Vegas Strip. It's perfectly situated within walking distance to some attractions (monorail) yet manages to maintain a peaceful and serene ambiance within its walls. The hustle and bustle of the city seem to fade away as soon as you step through the resort's doors.

The accommodations at this resort are nothing short of exceptional. My suite was spacious, elegantly furnished, and featured all the modern amenities I could possibly need. The plush bedding ensured a restful night's sleep, while the well- appointed kitchenette and living area made me feel right at home. The attention to detail in the room's design truly made it a haven of comfort and relaxation. (We we're fortunate to experience the newly renovated suites.) One of the standout features of this resort is the stunning pool area. Surrounded by lush landscaping and swaying palm trees, it felt like a true oasis in the desert. Whether I was lounging in a cabana, taking a dip in the pool, or unwinding in one of the hot tubs, I was constantly reminded of the resort's commitment to providing a luxurious experience.

The staff at the Hilton Grand Vacations Resort are undoubtedly the resort's biggest asset. A special thanks toRenee and PePe. From the front desk to the housekeeping team & even the messaging correspondence, every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. Their genuine care and attention to detail truly made me feel like a...
