The manager Amber was extremely rude to me. I went in through the drive thru and a regular employee took my order after i pulled up to the window to grab my coffees i ordered 3 meals with a ice coffee 2 of them were caramel and the other one was french vanilla. The guy who took my order ask if we could pull up to the front because they were still making my food. so after i pulled up to the front i tried the coffees to make sure they were good, but the ice coffee that was supposed to be a french vanilla was literally regular coffee it wasn’t sweet or anything. so i went inside to ask if they could remake it after standing there for about 4 minutes no one had help me, and i gave them the the benefit of the doubt because the guy who took my order was making food and the manager who was a female was making a coffee but had gave it to a customer who was at the drive thru window. so i thought after she was done with that she would come over and help me but i saw her take a call from her personal phone because she pulled it out of her pocket and at first i thought maybe she was talking to a customer but then i heard her say “girl you knew you were supposed to come in today” so at that point i knew she was on a personal call so i asked if she could help me and she said “i know we’re making your food right now” and i proceeded to tell her it wasn’t about my food, it was that she made my coffee wrong. she was completely rude and gave me a snobby attitude and said they weren’t wrong and how she made them herself and she was also telling me what i ordered which was completely false she said i ordered 2 french vanilla coffees and 1 caramel and i was telling her no that not true it literally said on the receipt 2 caramels and a regular coffee but it was supposed to be a french vanilla coffee. I just think she handed the entire situation unprofessional especially given the fact that she’s a manager and proceeded to argue with me when she was...
Read moreThe customer service was pretty bad but it's the Converse area so I expect this the only real gripe I have is layout of the drive through with doughnuts I like a more hands on order process so I went in as I stood in line which went very fast might I add a semi pulled in blocking all customers from leaving so though I got my order quick and fresh I was prevented from leaving by 15mins because I had to wait for a drive through customer to let me back out and then had to wait in line because there are no other exits. As far as freshness and quality goes I noticed many reviews are for pm hours a honestly is a doughnut shop is kind of am unwritten rule that if you don't get there early you risk limited selection and old product this companies don't cater to your schedule if you go to chiles early they aren't going to have their best staff working because their customer base is lunch on weekends and dinner. For $16 I got a dozen very fresh some still warm doughnuts 2 large premium coffee drinks which are 32oz and 2 orders of hash Browns which were made to order. 2 32oz blended coffees at statbucks if they served them would cost nearly $16 without enough food to feed a family or 2 people with left overs for snacks. So over all service was fast though it felt like a factory girls in Converse could use some eticat training but fresh and cheap. I'd cut the tree down and work with bank of America to give customers an alternative exit. For now I'll just park at...

Staff is somewhat friendly but definitely not rude. Too bad the store manager Jason High has to mess it up and is why I'm docking another star. I asked why this location doesn't accept the online orders, as I am an avid user. I travel a lot and love my iced coffee. His response was we're not staffed for online orders. There has been a couple of times also the lobby has been closed due to short staffed. I asked if they had like a redemption card for losing points on the app for specials that bring in sales, his reply was No. He did offer a free coffee to me, as if that's what he thought I was aiming to get by voicing my concern, but it's about principle, I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way. (By the way, I did not accept the free coffee.) And his attitude wasn't professional for being a representative for Dunkin. I'm sure he would tell me to go somewhere else if I wasn't happy, but I live two minutes away and would prefer him to get his...
