Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Winder

The Moe’s in Bethlehem Ga is top notch! I just started going there about a month ago despite living in this area for about 3 years. I originally went to the one near Mall of ga. I don’t eat meat and I wanted to see if they offered any alternative options like Chipotle does. They do! And their option is way better in my opinion! They have perfectly seasoned tofu! I mean it tastes great and the texture is perfect! Chipotles plant based option is way too spicy for me. I was so happy that I discovered this Moe’s near me in Bethlehem because whenever I need a break from cooking and want something heathy and filling, I go there! They also have the cutest ambiance! The seats are turquoise blue and the place is so clean. I usually get my bowl to go, but I would definitely sit in any day. Lastly, the service is Amazing! They are super friendly and polite. There’s a lady who usually makes my bowls when I go in and she does the best job. She offers the perfect amount of anything you request in your bowl and she is very kind! I wish I would’ve gotten her name. The cashier was a man (on my receipt it says Hasan) He was very full of energy and had great customer service from the moment I walked in. When they only had a small amount of tofu left, he had no problem offering to make me some fresh tofu. I love that because a lot of times restaurants will just say you have to take what’s left and don’t offer to make more. Especially when it’s not a common food item. I'm only going to list the two employees that I felt were great by name. Zoe and Alaina were helpful and very nice! This was however the WORST experience I have ever had at this location! I walked in and instantly heard complaining from one of the female employees! She was very nice and willing to help but to not only complain that you wanna go home to a customer or in front of a customer but to belittle her fellow male coworker was waaaaaay to far! not saying that by any means the male employee was in the right cause he was the rudest out of the two! I went to check out and as a former employee of a Moe's i was telling him what type of meat was in the bowl I had ordered and he rudely said "I was getting around to it! I got it!" It will def be awhile before go back to the location and again the only reason that they are even getting the two stars is because Zoe and Alaina went above and beyond to make up for the other two and I was very impressed that Zoe managed a smile on her face after being insulted by the older female employee who stated that she was tired of working with a bunch of...

I should have known better to order today when I walked in and seen the floor net been swept the night before. We got there today around 11:15 (15 min after opening). The tables were dirty(I didn’t notice until after we ordered and got ready to sit down). The staff were debating about there press being turned off or on at night.. needless to say it wasn’t hot. There was a mop bucket spilled on the floor, the chips tasted stale so they went in the trash. My chicken was a little cold( I’m guessing it was left over from the night before) and I wanted guacamole but it was brown. I have never been more disappointed in a Moe’s before. This was just horrible. I even told the young lady (who was super kind) that even though this wasn’t her fault it’s a reflection of the staff and corporation.
