Hands down, BEST customer service experience we have had as a family in quite sometime! LeeAuna, first and foremost, has the patience of Job. Dealing with 2 middle-agers who aren’t exactly technologically savvy and their 3 teenagers is not always for the faint of heart! However, she spent literal HOURS switching over 5 lines from our previous provider to T-Mobile. There were some hiccups along the way (out of her control)that slowed down the process, and at that point, we could have cared less because she became an adopted member of our family. Yes, we were exchanging “kid pics” before it was all said and done. She PERSONALLY got on the phone with the previous provider’s customer care to determine what the hold up was with our lines not being unlocked. When she hit another road block, she was determined to find out the solution for herself. She worked through an entire break until she was 100% sure all 5 of us were set, everything was working, we were happy, and felt confident about the switch. I swear, she would have stayed with me for hours more if my husband had not cut me off and said we would figure out the new app and Netflix feature on our own. If she’s not a manager yet, she deserves to be. If it’s been a minute since her last raise, she needs one effective yesterday. She may have only helped 5 of us switch that day but you put that girl out on the floor regularly or make her an exec and she’d make a killin’ for T-Mobile. Mark my words! I bought 2 phones on my account from this store last year when it was sprint and had no issues at all with them. However now that they are tmobile it seems they don't want to help you anymore unless you are there to buy or upgrade. All I wanted was a return kit which I've asked customer service for 4 times now. So frustrated that no one can do such a simple thing than to send a box in the mail thst I went back to this store for my last plea of help only to be told they can't help me and that I would have to drive 30 mins away to their corporate store. The frustration of the lady behind the counter telling me to leave the store because I have a right to be upset at the incompetence and lack of help I have got this far was shocking. She didn't even offer to see what's going on with my account, she didn't even offer to call sprint on my behalf and see if I she could get the issue resolved... NOTHING but another"I'm sorry I cant help you". I've lost count of how many apologies I have received since my first call back in March from all the reps of these two companies and then be told as a paying customer to please leave the store??? Read moreMy T-Mobile representative was Lamarcus at the Bethlehem Georgia T-Mobile store. and I have this to say about Lamarcus: I have never been made to feel more appreciative of being a customer then the way I was treated by Lamarcus. Being a person of age a lot of things are very new to me in regards to what cell phones have to offer, and what services are out there that would benefit me. Lamarcus took his time to explain things to me, made sure I understood what we were discussing and he was very polite, patient and displayed superior knowledge of all aspects of T-Mobile. He should be commended for the superior service that I received, and the respectful way that I was treated. I have since gone back to T-Mobile with questions and received the same quality of service from him. During both my visits to T Mobile it was also very evident that LaMarcus has the respect of the other employees in the store and showed evidence of being a reputable trainer. .
